17 qm2 großes zimmer in einer 3er wg. Die Wohnung ist im 4. stock. Das zimmer ist groß und hat schrägen und eine säule. Die Wohnung enthält einen langen flur eine küche sowie ein vadezimmer. Außerdem hat die Wohnung 2 große abstellräume mit sehr viel platz.
Die lage ist relativ zentral. In die Innenstadt zu fuß ca. 10 minuten mit den rad ca 5. die südstadt ist ziemlich ruhig und Supermärkte sind in der nähe vorhanden. Durch die nähe zur innenstadt kann man auch gut in der stadt einkaufen gehen. In der gegend gibt es auch das hallenbad „eiswiese“ und das freibad „brauweg“. Außerdem ist in der nähe (ca 8 minuten fußweg) der kiessee.
Wir sind 2. gesellige studenten. Geputzt wird wöchentlich mit einem putzplan. Da wir beide nebenbei noch arbeiten sind wir zwar relativ wenig zu hause aber wenn wir zu hause sind machen wir auch gerne was zusammen.
