The room is a pretty good size (around 14-15 sqm) with great light (south facing). It's in a spacious and sunny 4-room apartment. There is a large living area with a separate kitchen. I'm listing the room as unfurnished but if you want to you can take over some of the room furniture (wardrobe).

Dein zukünftiges helles Zimmer hat eine perfekte Größe von ca. 14-15 qm2. Es liegt in einer ebenfalls sonnigen 4-Raum-Wohnung. Ein Highlight der Wohnung [weitere stehen weiter unten ;)] ist das riesige Wohn- und Esszimmer mit einer separaten Küche. Ich habe zwar angegeben, dass der Raum unmöbliert vermietet wird, doch kannst du bei Bedarf auch die einige Einrichtung übernehmen (Garderobe, Bett, Tische)...
The apartment is in a quiet area of Südstadt 10 mins on foot from the Innenstadt. Different buses going to Innenstadt, Bahnhof, Campus, Nordcampus and Klinikum are only 3-5 minutes away. There is a Penny right on our street (50m away) and other supermarkets, pharmacies etc. within a very short walking distance. The apartment has a beautiful south-facing terrace/garden which is connected to an even larger communal garden (which is barely ever used) so the feeling is more like you're living in a quiet, countryside house rather than in an apartment building in the city. There is bike storage as well as basement/Keller for you to use.

Die Wohnung liegt in der wunderschönen und ruhigen Südstadt, ist jedoch gerade einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Falls es mal regnet, gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle quasi direkt vor der Tür (3-5 Minuten entfernt), von der aus du die Innenstadt, den Bahnhof, den Zentral- oder Nordcampus oder auch das Klinikum jederzeit erreichen kannst. Auch zum Einkaufen muss man sich nicht weit bewegen, da ein Penny nur ca. 50m entfernt ist. Auch weitere Geschäfte wie eine Apotheke oder andere Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das zweite Highlight [das Nächste kommt wieder weiter unten ;)] ist die ebenfalls wunderschöne, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse. Diese liegt sogar nochmals in einem noch größeren Garten, welcher von anderen Anwohnern kaum genutzt wird, weswegen du jederzeit dein eigenes stück Grün haben kannst. Somit hat man trotz der unmittelbaren Nähe zur Innenstadt quasi das Gefühl auf dem Land zu wohnen. Für das in Göttingen fast unverzichtbare Fahrrad gibt es sowohl vor dem Haus als auch im Keller Abstellmöglichkeiten.

My current roommate is unfortunately moving out so I'm on the search for a new person to share my apartment with. I work a lot but when at home I'm a pretty quiet and clean person who likes to cook, watch Netflix, chill in our awesome garden and travel whenever I can. Nun zum letzten Highlight – mir – ich bin Csaba, 33 Jahre alt, komme ursprünglich aus Rumänien und arbeite im Max Planck Institut. Mein bisherige Mitbewohner zieht leider aus, weswegen nun eben das beschriebene Zimmer frei wird. Momentan arbeite ich relativ viel, doch wenn ich zu Hause bin, bin ich eine eher ruhige und ordentliche Person. Ich liebe es zu kochen, Netflix zu schauen im Garten zu chillen und vor allem zu reisen. Das einzig wirklich wichtige für mich ist, dass du hinter dir sauber machst. Wenn du nun all das gelesen hast und denk „Genauso bin ich auch!“, dann sag mir Bescheid.
