Mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer großen 3er-WG wird vom 01.04.-31.07. frei. Wenn erwünscht kann ich gerne meinen Kleiderschrank im Zimmer lassen, sonst ist das Zimmer unmöbiliert.
Wir wissen leider nicht genau, wie groß das Zimmer ist, aber würden es auf etwas 13-14 m² schätzen. Es ist gut geschnitten, hat einen schönen Holzfußboden und eine Dachschräge.
Neben Küche und Bad gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch und ein kleineres Zimmer, dass wie vor allem zum Wäschetrocknen benutzen. Außerdem gibt es einen Keller mit eigener Waschmaschine und einen kleinen Garten zum mitbenutzen.

My cozy room in our flat is free from 01.04.-31.07. I can leave my closet in the room (if you'd like), except for that the room is unfurnished.
We don't know the exact room size, but we estimate around 13-14m². It has a nice wooden floor and a sloping ceiling.
Additional there is a shared kitchen, bathroom, big living room with couch and a small room (we only use it to hang up our washing). There is a basement with our washing mashine and small garden that everyone can use.
Ich persönlich finde die Lage perfekt und habe sehr gerne hier gewohnt. Die Wohnung liegt nah an Innenstadt und Hauptbahnhof (je 10-12 min zu Fuß) und zugleich nah am Grünen bei Leine und Kiessee. Mit dem Rad braucht man weniger als 10 Minuten zum Z-Campus. In direkter Umgebung sind ein Nahkauf, Aldi, Bäcker und Fairteiler-Regal, mit ein paar Minuten Fußweg auch ein Rewe und Kaufland. Es gibt einige Haltestellen in direkter Nähe (z.B. Cramerstraße 1 min, Angerstraße 2 min, Marienstraße 3 min, Groner Tor 8 min).

In my opinion the location is perfect and I enjoyed living here. The flat is close to the city and main station (each 10-12 min by foot) and also close to nature - Leine and Kiessee. Z-Campus is less than 10 min by bicycle . Really close you can find the supermarkets Nahkauf and Aldi, some minutes to Rewe and Kaufland. Some busstops are really close too ( e.g. Cramerstraße 1 min, Angerstraße 2 min, Marienstraße 3 min, Groner Tor 8 min)
In der Wohnung wohnen Trâm und Luise. Trâm 25, studiert International Economics im Master und kommt aus Vietnam. Luise, 23, studiert Politikwissenschaften und Geschlechterforschung im 2-Fach-Bachelor und macht viel Yoga.
Wir sind eine gesellige WG. Wir kochen gerne zusammen (am liebsten vietnamesisch) und trinken abends gerne mal das ein oder andere Glas Wein im Wohnzimmer.

Trâm and Luise live in the flat.Trâm, 25, is doing her masters degree in international economics and is from vietnam. Luise, 23, is doing a double bachelor in political science and gender studies and i likes doing yoga.
We are a social flatmates. We like cooking together (especially vietnamese food) and every now and then drinking a glass of wine in the evening together.
Ich hätte gerne einen Abschlag von etwa 50 € (Für Dinge die wir kürzlich angeschafft haben wie z.B. Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger, ...)
