Ich biete mein WG-Zimmer zur dauerhaften Übernahme an, da ich näher an meinen Arbeitsplatz ziehen möchte. Die Wohnung ist ca. 100 qm groß und befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen, schönen Lage. Es gibt eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, ein Badezimmer und 3 große Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine große und voll ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Toaster usw.) und verfügt über ein Sofa und einen Esstisch. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit das Fahrrad im Keller abzustellen. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß. Die Miete beträgt 330 Euro pro Monat (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet inklusive). Einige der Möbel (Tisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und Schublade) können enthalten sein. In der Gesamtmiete i.H.v. 330€ ist Strom, Wasser, Heizung, und WLAN Internet Flatrate inklusive.
As I am moving out from our lovely apartment to get closer to my work, my room will be available for long term rental. The apartment is ~100 qm and is located in a really quiet, beautiful neighborhood. There is a kitchen, a common room with a balcony, a bathroom and 3 big bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, etc…) including a sofa and a dining table. The second common room with a balcony can be used as a living room. There is also a basement with a private storage place, and bicycle parking space. The apartment also includes a washing machine. The room is about 18 qm. Rent is 330 euros per month (electricity, water, heating, internet included). Some of the furniture (table, chair, wardrobe, and drawer) can be included.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig. Man ist dennoch in 10 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Busstation mit Verbindungen zu fast jedem Ort in Göttingen ist in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Göttinger Hauptcampus sowie der Bahnhof sind mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Du erreichst das Stadtzentrum, die Leine oder den Kiesse-See innerhalb von 10/12 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nähe findest du mehrere Bäckereien, Kioske, Restaurants und Supermärkte.
The location is very quiet. The apartment is located 2min away from multiple bus stops which reach almost any place in Göttingen, making it easy to move around. You can reach the city center, the Leine or Kiesse lake within 10/12 min simply walking. Nearby you can find multiple bakeries, kiosks, restaurants and supermarkets.
Die Wohnung ist englisch freundlich. Deine Mitbewohnern sind Zhenwei (Doktorand, 26 Jahre, unkompliziert, fährt gerne Fahrrad, spielt Tischtennis und Basketball) und Benni (Bachelor, 19 Jahre, auch unkompliziert, liest gerne Bücher). Die Atmosphäre ist sehr freundlich und die Privatsphäre wird respektiert.
The flat is english-friendly. Your flatmates will be Zhenwei (PhD student in Structural Biology, 26 years old, chill dude, likes to bike, play table tennis and basketball) and Benni (Bachelor student in Political Science, another chill dude, 19 years old, likes to read books). The atmosphere is really friendly and privacy is well-respected.
