in meiner schönen, geräumigen Wohnung (76 m²) ist ab sofort ein 18 m² großes unmöbliertes Zimmer frei. Es hat ein großes Fenster und ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer, wovon eines als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer dient. Die Küche ist soweit gut ausgestattet, eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen gemeinsam genutzten Garten und Hinterhof.

I offer an 18m² unfurnished room in a nice and spacious apartment (76m²). The room is facing west and has a big window. In total, the flat has three rooms, one of which serves as a shared living room. The kitchen is well equipped and a washing machine is available in the basement. In addition, the building has a garden and back yard which can be used by all neighbors in the house.

Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen am oberen Ende der Marienstraße. In 5 bis 10 Minuten ist man in der Natur (Leine, Kiessee), und ebenfalls in der Innenstadt sowie am Bahnhof. Zum Zentralcampus dauert es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8 Minuten. Nahkauf, Aldi, ein Bäcker sowie Kiosk sind auch in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

The flat located in a quiet area, at the upper end of Marienstraße. In 5 to 10 minutes you can reach the recreation areas around Kiessee and the river Leine, as well as the city center and the train station. The central campus can be reached in around 8 minutes by bike. A bakery, kiosk and supermarkets such as Aldi and Nahkauf are just around the corner.

Ich bin Gustavo, komme aus Brasilien und lebe seit 8 Jahren in Göttingen, wo ich an meiner Promotion in Jura arbeite. Neben der Arbeit mache ich gerne Sport und Musik. Ich spreche Portugiesisch, Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch und freue mich, Menschen aus der ganzen Welt kennenzulernen.
