Insgesamt ist die WG 77 m² groß und bietet eine menge Platz in der großen Küche mit gemütlichem Essbereich und einem großen Bad mit getrennter Badewanne und Dusche. Die WG hat alles was das Herz begehrt, eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, einen Wintergarten, einen Fahrradschuppen und unglaublich nette Mitbewohner.
We are looking for a new flatmate for a cozy and big room (18 sqm) with a broad window.
The WG is in total 77 sqm, with a big kitchen and cozy dining area, a big bathroom with separate bathtub and shower.
The flat has everything you need, from a washing machine, a dishwasher, lots of space, a place to park your bicycle and not to forget incredible nice flatmates.
Die WG ist Teil eines Mehrfamilienhauses, in dem im Untergeschoss eine Tierarztpraxis ist. Zentral in der Südstadt gelegen, vor der Haustür ist direkt ein Nahkauf und Bäcker. Rewe und Aldi sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Mit zwei Bushaltestellen, die 1 min vom Haus entfernt sind, ist man gut mit dem ÖPNV verbunden. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man schnell innerhalb von 5 min in die Innenstadt.
The WG is part of an apartment building with a veterinary practice in the ground floor. Centrally located in the southern part of the city, there is a local shop and bakery on the doorstep. Rewe and Aldi are also not far away. With two bus stops 1 minute away from the house, you are well connected to public transport. The city center can be reached quickly within 5 minutes by bike.
In der WG würdest du Leben mit Martin (Physik Student) und Philippe (arbeitet an der Uni im Umweltschutztechnik). Die beiden sind super nett und offen, Philippe kocht wahnsinnig gerne französisch oder persisch - spricht beide Sprachen übrigens fließend, da er ursprünglich aus Paris ist, aber ein Jahr im Iran gearbeitet hat. Martin ist leidenschaftlicher Fahrradfahrer, ob bei Schnee und Matsch auf dem Mountainbike, bei gutem Wetter auf dem Rennrad oder daheim auf seinem Spinning-Bike im Wintergarten. Gleichzeitig mit mir wird auch Klara ausziehen, sodass also zwei Zimmer frei werden, falls du evlt noch jemanden kennst, der auch nach einer super WG sucht.
In the shared flat you would live with Martin (physics student) and Philippe (works at the university in environmental protection technology). The two of them are super nice and open, Philippe loves to cook French or Persian - by the way, speaks both languages fluently, as he is originally from Paris but worked in Iran for a year. Martin is a passionate cyclist, whether in snow and mud on the mountain bike, in good weather on the racing bike or at home on his spinning bike in the winter garden. With me Klara also will move out, which means there would be two rooms available. So if you know anybody else, who also would like to move into a great WG, feel free to bring your friend :).
Das Zimmer ist bereits ab Mitte Februar frei, du kannst aber auch erst zum 1. März einziehen.
