Das Zimmer ist etwa 15–16 m² mit einem grossen Fenster Richtung Süden mit Blick ins Grüne. Es ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Küche und Bad sind relativ klein (aber fein!), dafür haben wir ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Anschluss zu einem kleinen Garten! Im Wohnzimmer stehen ein grosser Esstisch, perfekt für ein Abendessen mit Freunden und 2 gemütliche Sofas für Kino-Night, wir haben nämlich einen Beamer!
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, ab Oktober die ganze Wohnung zu übernehmen. Das zweite Zimmer ist gleich gross und hat die selbe Miete.

The room is about 15-16 m² with a large, South-facing window that is looking at a garden; this means that your room is nice and quiet. The kitchen and the bathroom are relatively small (but still nice) but we have a huge living room and a small garden of our own! In the living room, we have a large dining table, perfect for a dinner with friends, and two comfy sofas for movie nichts -- we have a projector!
There is also the possibility to take over the whole apartment starting October. The second room has the same size and same rent.
Die Wohnung liegt in der wunderschönen und ruhigen Südstadt, ist jedoch nicht einmal 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Innenstadt entfernt. Es gibt 2 Bushaltestellen, die etwa 3 und 5 Minuten entfernt sind. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man jedoch in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt – es gibt übrigens einen Fahrradkeller.
Für schnelle Einkäufe ist der Penny direkt vor der Haustüre, an Sonntagen kann man zum Kiosk oder zu Wüstefelds/Edeka (7 min zu Fuss), und für grosse Einkäufe gibts einen riesigen Rewe in der Südstadt, eine Apotheke ist auch gleich um die Ecke, die Post ist gleich im Kiosk am Straßenende – es ist also alles da.

The apartment is in the beautiful and quiet Südstadt, but it still only takes 10 minutes to walk to the city centre. There are two different bus stops, about 3 and 5 minutes away, but easiest to get downtown is by bike (only 5 minutes), and we also have a closed bike storage area.
For small shopping we have a Penny right outside our door, and for Sunday emergency shopping we have a small shop right around the corner and Wüstefeld/Edeka (7 minutes walk). For big shopping there is a huge Rewe further down South in Südstadt, and we have a pharmacy and post office also very closeby -- in short, we have everything.
Da ich zurück in die Heimat ziehe, suchen wir jemand neues für mein Zimmer. Du würdest mit Csaba zusammenleben. Csaba ist 34 Jahre alt und kommt ursprünglich aus Rumänien und arbeitet am Max Planck Institut. Csaba ist sehr offen, unkompliziert und kommunikativ – er spricht 6 Sprachen. Und er lebt vegan, du musst jedoch nicht unbedingt vegan leben.
Die Wohnung ist gross genug, um mal zusammen etwas zu machen, sei es ein Bier auf der Terrasse trinken oder Film in der gemütlichen Sofaecke zu schauen und Freunde einzuladen, aber auch, um sich gut mal in Ruhe zurückzuziehen.
Csaba wird im Oktober ausziehen, du kannst die WG dann also neu aufbauen.

Since I'm moving back home, we are looking for someone new for my room. You would live with Csaba. He is 34 years old, comes from Romania and works at the Max Planck Institute. Csaba is a very open minded, uncomplicated and communicative person – he speaks 6 languages. He's a vegan but you don't have to be one.
The apartment is big enough to enjoy a beer together on the terrace or watch a movie in our comfy sofa area and to invite friends over, but also to get some "me-time".

Die Wohnung ist bis auf das Zimmer vollständig möbliert, wir wollen auch keinen Abschlag dafür ;)
Die Kaution könnte auch in zwei Teilen bezahlt werden
