Helles, 18 qm großes Zimmer in innenstadtnaher Altbau-WG

Die WG liegt total zentral und stadtnah. Man ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in der Innenstadt und in 7 Minuten am Zentralcampus. Man erreicht alle Einkaufmöglichkeiten super schnell (Kaufland ist um die Ecke und Rewe & Penny nur 2 min mit dem Fahrrad entfernt). Falls du gerne in der Natur unterwegs bist, ist der 2 km entfernte Kiessee perfekt zum Joggen, Grillen oder um sich mit Freunden zu treffen. Auch ein Fitnessstudio ist mit dem Fahrrad nur 3 Minuten entfernt.
Die Bushaltestelle zum Bahnhof ist zu Fuß 4 Minuten entfernt.

The flat is centrally located and close to the city centre. It takes 2 minutes by bike to get to the Altstadt/city centre and 7 minutes to the central campus. All shopping opportunities can be reached very quickly (Kaufland is around the corner and Rewe & Penny only 2 minutes away by bike). If you like to be out in nature, the Kiessee is 2 km away, which is perfect for jogging, barbecuing or meeting friends. A gym is also just 3 minutes away by bike.
The bus stop to the train station is a 4-minute walk away.

Zum jetzigen Stand würdest mit Simon (20), Kristin (23), und Marieke (22) zusammen wohnen, da nicht nur ich, sondern auch Jan zum 01. September auszieht. Des Weiteren kann es sein, dass auch Kristin und Marieke demnächst unsere WG verlassen, da sie kurz vor ihren BA Abschlüssen stehen. Du hast also die Chance mit Simon und den anderen neuen Mitbewohner*innen zusammen die WG neu nach euren Wünschen zu gestalten.

Jetzt grade ist von Politikwissenschaften bis Wirtschaftsinformatik in unserer WG alles dabei. Wir treffen uns gerne in der Küche, machen zusammen Sport oder gucken Abends einen Film. Die Küche ist dabei unser Gemeinschaftsraum, wo wir alle immer wieder lernen, zusammen kochen oder ein Bier trinken. Der Garten, der an das Haus anschließt ist perfekt für ein gemeinsames Grillen, zum entspannten lesen in der Sonne oder zum Kräuter/Gemüseanbau geeignet.
Bei uns wird vor allem viel gelacht und man hat in der Küche immer eine Menge zu erzählen, also langweilig wird es definitiv nicht.
Simon studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik, ist begeisterter Siedler von Catan Spieler und auch sonst für alle möglichen Gesellschaftsspiele zu haben. Falls du also Lust auf eine runde Fifa oder ein Brettspiel hast ist er sicherlich dabei. Zusätzlich geht er regelmäßig Laufen und spielt Gitarre. Kristin studiert Politikwissenschaften/Englisch und schreibt gerade ihre BA, sie lebt vegan und bäckt den besten Käsekuchen, von dem auch mal die ganze WG ein Stück abhaben kann. Zusätzlich ist sie immer für nette Gespräche in der Küche, Memes, Sport und gemeinsame Filmabende zu haben. Marieke studiert Psychologie, arbeitet gerade an ihrer BA und startet im August ihr Praktikum. Auch Marieke lebt vegan, kann hervorragend backen und ist immer für einen Plausch in der Küche zu haben.
Trotzdem wir eine 5er WG sind, findet man in der Wohnung immer einen Rückzugsort, da wir alle auch viel unterwegs sind und Privatsphäre schätzen und respektieren.

As of now, you would live together with Simon (20), Kristin (23), and Marieke (22), as not only I, but also Jan will move out on September 1st. In addition, it is possible that Kristin and Marieke will soon leave our flat toon as they are about to graduate.

We like to meet in the kitchen, do sports together or watch a movie in the evening. The kitchen is our common room, where we all study, cook or enjoy a beer together. The small garden that adjoins the house is perfect to have a barbecue together, relax and read in the sun or for growing herbs / vegetables.
We laugh a lot and there is always a lot to talk about in the kitchen, so it definitely won't be boring.
Simon studies business informatics, is an enthusiastic Settler Of Catan player and also available for all other kinds of games. So if you fancy a round of Fifa or a board game, he for sure will be there to join. In addition, he regularly goes running and plays the guitar. Kristin is studying political science/English and is currently writing her BA thesis, lives vegan and bakes the best cheesecake, which she shares with the whole flat from time to time. In addition, she is always up for nice conversations in the kitchen, memes, sports and movie evenings together. Marieke is studying psychology, currently working on her BA thesis and will start her internship in August. Marieke also lives vegan, is excellent at baking and always available for a chat in the kitchen.
Even though we are a 5-person flat, there is always a place of retreat in the apartment, as we are all traveling and appreciate and respect privacy.
