Dein Zimmer (Zimmmer 5 auf dem Grundriss) ist ein (bis auf eine Ecke) rechteckiges, helles Zimmer mit Fenstern zu Süd- und Westseite, so dass du insbesondere Mittags und Abends genug Sonne abbekommst. Da ich (Frieder) für ein Semester im einen Erasmus-Austausch mache, kannst du das Zimmer vollmöbliert übernehmen.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 5 Zimmer, von denen eins als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden wird. Außerdem gibt es ein relativ frisch renoviertes Bad mit Tageslicht, eine separates WC, einen relativ geräumigen Flur und eine neue Küche (mit Spülmaschine!). Der (ziemlich kleine) Garten kann außerdem auch genutzt werden.
Außerdem ist in der gesamten Boden ein neuer Dielenboden verlegt. Auch das Dach und die Fenster sind relativ neu, sodass es auch im Sommer nicht allzu heiß in der Wohnung werden sollte.
Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, ist die Wohnung derzeit noch nicht vollständig von uns bezogen, der Umzug findet am 23/24.8. statt, danach ist das Zimmer bezugsfertig.

Your room (room 5 on the floor plan) is a rectangular (except for one corner), bright room with windows to the south and west side, so that you get enough sun especially at noon and in the evening. Since I (Frieder) am doing an Erasmus exchange for one semester, you can take over the room fully furnished.
The apartment has a total of 5 rooms, one of which will be used as a living room. There is also a relatively freshly renovated bathroom with natural light, a separate toilet, a relatively spacious hallway and a new kitchen (with dishwasher!). In addition, the (rather small) garden can also be used.
In addition, throughout the floor is a new plank flooring. The roof and windows are also relatively new, so it should not be too hot in the apartment even in summer.
As you can see in the pictures, the apartment is currently not yet completely occupied by us. I will move on the 23./24. of August, the room will be ready for moving in as of then.
Die WG liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Wohngegend in der Südstadt, trotzdem bist du in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Zu Fuß brauchst du etwa 5min in die Innenstadt, wo sich auch unterschiedliche Bushaltestellen befinden. Durch die zentrale Lage brauchst du mit dem Rad zum Z-Campus etwa 5-10 Minuten, zum Nordcampus 15-20 Minuten. Mit Kaufland befindet sich ebenfalls eine super Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe.

The flat share is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood in the southern city, but you can still reach the city center in a few minutes. It takes you about 5 minutes to walk to the city center, where there are also different bus stops. Due to the central location, you need about 5-10 minutes by bike to the Z-Campus, and 15-20 minutes to the North Campus. Kaufland is also a great shopping option in the immediate vicinity.
Mit dir in der WG würden Maja (22) und Luis (20) wohnen. Maja studiert Jura und immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche oder eine gemeinsame sportliche Aktivität zu haben. Luis fängt dieses Wintersemester an evangelische Theologie zu studieren und wird für das Wintersemester neu in unsere WG einziehen. Genauso wie du, wird ein*e vierte*r Mitbewohner*in zur Zwischenmiete bei uns wohnen, da auch Viola ein halbes Jahr im Ausland verbringen wird.
Wir freuen uns darauf, dich bei einem WG-Casting (auch online) kennenzulernen. Leider können wir dir dann die Wohnung noch nicht zeigen, da wir zur Zeit noch in unserer alten Wohnung im Studi-Wohnheim wohnen. Du kannst aber gerne einen Blick in mein jetziges Zimmer werfen, damit du dir vorstellen kannst, wie dein neues Zimmer in etwa eingerichtet sein wird.

Maja (22) and Luis (20) would live with you in the shared flat. Maja studies law and is always available for a chat in the kitchen or a joint sports activity. Luis will start studying Protestant theology this winter semester and will move into our shared flat for the winter semester. Just like you, a fourth roommate will be living with us as an interim tenant, since Viola will also be spending half a year abroad.
We are looking forward to getting to know you during a WG casting (also online). Unfortunately, we can't show you the apartment yet, because we are still living in our old apartment in the student dormitory. But you are welcome to take a look at my current room, so that you can imagine how your new room will be furnished.
Das Einzugsdatum können wir flexibel absprechen, es ist auch möglich, zu einem späteren oder früheren Zeitpunkt einzuziehen (das Zimmer ist schon jetzt frei). Außerdem ist parallel noch ein weiteres Zimmer bei uns zur Zwischenmiete frei, da auch Viola ein Auslandssemester machen wird.
