Möbliertes Zimmer in 4er-Südstadt-WG zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung ist in einer schönen Altbau-Villa in der Südstadt und hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten. Der Kiessee ist genauso wie Ilses Trinkhalle, um die Ecke. Und auf den Feldern und am Baggersee ist man, was für uns alle ein Highlight ist, auch in Windeseile. Die Uni erreichen Renata und Nele in 10, Sissi in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad, weil sie einfach sau schnell ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. So ist zum Beispiel Wüsti schräg gegenüber und besticht mit den sonntäglichen Öffnungszeiten.

The apartment is in an old but beautiful house with an amazing garden. The Kiessee lake is just around the corner, as is Ilse's drinking hall. And you can get to the fields and the Baggersee in no time, which is a highlight for all of us. Renata and Nele can reach the university in 10 minutes, Sissi in 5 minutes by bike, because it's just so fast. Groceries shops are also nearby. Wüsti is just across the street and more importantly is open on sundays.

Wir sind Sissi (25, sie/ihr), Renata (26, sie/ihr) und Nele (27, sie/ihr).
Du wirst für Nele einziehen und daher mit Sissi, Renata und einer weiteren Person zusammenleben, die wir gerade noch casten.
Sissi mag Möhren, schreibt gerade ihre Masterarbeit in Psychologie und arbeitet nebenbei beim Frauen-Notruf.
Renata mag Oliven, studiert Diversitätsforschung und arbeitet nebenbei in einem Forschungsprojekt ihrer ehemaligen Uni in Mexiko.
Falls dir das als Beschreibung nicht reicht, hier eine kurze Zusammenfassung:
Wir verbringen sehr gerne Zeit miteinander und haben uns gegenseitig auf dem Schirm. Wir teilen uns außerdem das Essen und sind ein richtig gutes Kochteam geworden: Renata macht den Reis, Nele würzt und Sissi schnippelt. Wir hängen gerne zusammen ab - im Garten, in der Wohnung oder am Albani-Platz. Außerdem teilen wir eine Vorliebe für Scopa und Trash-TV und freuen uns über eine weitere Person zum Abhängen und Sekt schlabbern.
Uns ist es wichtig, dass jede*r ihren*seinen Raum in der WG bekommt und wir offen und ehrlich miteinander kommunizieren. Wir alle haben auch gemerkt, dass wir uns sehr wohl fühlen, wenn es ordentlich ist und würden uns freuen, wenn es dir da ähnlich geht.

We are Sissi (25, she/her), Renata (26, she/her) and Nele (27, she/her).
You will move in to take Nele's place and therefore you will live with Sissi, Renata and one other person we are still casting.
Sissi likes carrots, is currently writing her master's thesis in psychology and works part-time at the Frauen-Notruf.
Renata likes olives, is studying social diversity studies and works part-time on a research project at her former university in Mexico.
If that's not enough of a description, here's a short summary:
We really enjoy spending time together and know what's going on in each other lives. We also share food and have become a really good cooking team: Renata makes the rice, Nele seasons and Sissi chops. We like to hang out together - in the garden, in the flat or at Albani-Platz. We also share a passion for Scopa and trash TV and are happy to have another person to hang out and sip Sekt with.
It's important to us that there is space for everyone of us and that we communicate openly and honestly with each other. We have all noticed that we feel very comfortable when things are tidy and would be happy if you feel the same way.
