Da Patricia ab dem 01. September für ein Auslandssemester nach Lissabon geht, wird in unserer gemütlichen WG ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Der Zeitraum wird voraussichtlich vom 2. September bis Ende Januar oder Februar 2023 sein. Das Auszugsdatum ist flexibel :)
Du würdest in zwei möblierte Zimmer ziehen, welche zusammen rund 22 qm haben. Dein zukünftiges Schlafzimmer hat ein bodentiefes Fenster mit und Morgensonne. Es lässt sich durch das größere Hauptzimmer erreichen und ist zum Innenhof raus, sodass du es sehr ruhig hast. Das größere Zimmer hat zwei riesengroße Fenster, wodurch sehr viel Licht ins Zimmer fällt. Außerdem besitzen die Zimmer, wie auch der Rest der Wohnung, durch den Altbau schön hohe Decken und Fischgrätenparkett. Die Einrichtung auf den Fotos entspricht genau dem Zimmer/ der Wohnung, in der du später wohnen würdest.
Das Zimmer führt, wie alle Zimmer, zum Flur mit Esstisch. Dort sitzen wir sehr gerne abends zusammen oder laden Freunde zum Kochen ein :))
Vom Flur geht ebenfalls die Küche (mit Einbauküche und Spülmaschine) und von dieser ein modernes Tageslichtbad mit Dusche ab.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Es gibt einen Extraraum für die Waschmaschine in der Zwischenetage, einen eigenen Keller mit ausreichend Stauraum und einen Fahrradkeller.

Hey you!
Since Patricia is going to Lisbon for a semester abroad starting September 02, a room is available in our cozy shared apartment for interim rent. The period is expected to be from September 2 until the end of January or February 2023.
You would move into two furnished rooms, which together have around 22 sqm. Your future bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window with and morning sun. It can be reached through the larger main room and is out to the courtyard, so you have it very quiet. The larger room has two huge windows, which allows a lot of light into the room. Also, like the rest of the apartment, the rooms have nice high ceilings and herringbone parquet flooring due to the old building. The furnishings in the photos are exactly the same as the room/apartment you would later live in.
The room, like all rooms, leads to the hallway with dining table. There we like very much to sit together in the evening or invite friends to cook :))
From the hallway also goes the kitchen (with fitted kitchen and dishwasher) and from it a modern daylight bathroom with shower.
The apartment is located on the second floor. There is an extra room for the washing machine on the mezzanine, its own cellar with ample storage space and a bicycle cellar.
Busse fahren direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite (alle 15 Minuten). Direkt vor der Tür fährt die Bus-Linie 21. Die Linie 22 erreicht man in 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Beide Buslinien fahren zu den wichtigsten Haltestellen: Innenstadt, Bahnhof, Klinikum, Norduni.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkleiten wie Penny
und Rewe liegen direkt um die Ecke und sind innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch der Bäcker ist nur 300m entfernt. Kaufland ist ebenfalls in 3 Fahrradminuten zu erreichen.

Buses run directly across the street (every 15 minutes). Bus line 21 leaves directly in front of the door. Line 22 can be reached in 3 minutes by foot. Both bus lines go to the most important stops: City centre, train station, hospital, northern university.
Supermarkets such as Penny
and Rewe are just around the corner and can be reached by foot within a few minutes. The bakery is also only 300m away. Kaufland is also reachable within 3 minutes by bike.

Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich sehr familiär und unkompliziert. Du würdest mit Mareike zusammen wohnen und für den September und Oktober mit einer Untermieterin, da Fine ein Praktikum in dem Zeitraum macht. Ab November würdest du dann mit meinen beiden lieben Mitbewohnerinnen zusammen wohnen. Mareike (27) ist ein absoluter Sonnenschein und unsere Meisterköchin in der WG. Sie studiert Chemie und Mathe auf Lehramt, geht gerne Bouldern und ist immer für einen Kaffee oder Wein zu haben. Fine (25) studiert Psychologie und liebt la dolce vita. Sie schwärmt für guten Kaffee, mit Freunden unterwegs zu sein und träumt von einem Leben in Australien. Beide sind immer für einen Wein oder Kaffee zu haben! Wir sitzen oft abends zusammen und quatschen, gehen etwas trinken (im Sommer am liebsten in den Sommergarten vom Trink ich!) oder schauen gemeinsam Netflix. Wir haben gerne auch mal Besuch von Freunden.
Tagsüber sind wir arbeiten, studieren oder machen Sport und sind daher auch öfter mal unterwegs. Bei 3 Mitbewohner ist aber oft jemand da mit dem man sich unterhalten kann. Aber natürlich kann auch mal die Tür zu gemacht werden und das ist völlig in Ordnung so.
Wir sind alle sehr ordentlich und sauber, wäre super wenn du das auch wärest. :-) Uns ist eine harmonische und entspannte Stimmung in der WG wichtig :)

Our flat-sharing life is very familiar and uncomplicated. You would live with Mareike and for September and October with a subtenant, because Fine makes an internship in the period. From November on you would live together with my two lovely roommates. Mareike (27) is an absolute sunshine and our master cook in the WG. She is studying chemistry and math to become a teacher, likes to go bouldering and is always up for a coffee or wine. Fine (25) studies psychology and loves la dolce vita. She raves about good coffee, being out and about with friends and dreams of living in Australia. Both are always up for a wine or coffee! We often sit together in the evening and chat, go out for a drink (in the summer preferably in the summer garden of Trink ich!) or watch Netflix together. We also like to have friends over sometimes.
During the day we are working, studying or doing sports and are therefore also often on the road. With 3 roommates, however, there is often someone there to talk to. But of course, sometimes the door can be closed and that's perfectly fine.
We are all very neat and clean, would be great if you were too. :-) A harmonious and relaxed atmosphere in the WG is important to us :)
