Dear apartment hunters,
Since I need to relocate another city, I am moving out from my room in 2er WG. Our lovely apartment locates in the southern part of the city (quite close to Neues Rathaus) and it is close to the city center while being in the quite and calm part of the city. You can reach the city center in 7-8 mins by walk and supermarkets are in immediate vicinity.
Since we are living here nearly for a year now, we actually create a full household with everything you need. You will have a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment which is quite convenient for daily life.
Also by bike you can reach the central campus and SUB in 10 mins if you are a student.
My dearest friend, Aurora, (27) will be your roommate in the apartment. She is now studying (Master’s Degree) and writing her thesis. She is quite open-minded and easy to get along with. We have wonderful time while living together and we want a new roommate who can maintain this coziness of our place since it is not only a purpose share WG.
Since I am moving in a furnished apartment, I want to sell also the furniture I have in the room with a negotiable price. So, if you also need a fully-furnished room, then you are at the right place.
Please write us about you, who you are, what are you doing and what is important to you in a WG. Please note that, since you will be the main tenant (not a sub-tenant), the landlord is only open to applications from students or people who are currently working, we can only accept those applications for the room.
