Das Zimmer ist quadratisch und hat 20qm. Es ist echt super groß und man hat genug Platz auch mal mit Kommilitone zu sitzen. Es hat auch keine schrägen Wände. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 53qm und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Das Zimmer hat einen Telefon- und TV Anschluss. Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Innenhof.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super Lage! Man läuft noch nicht einmal 5 Minuten bis zum Zentralen Hörsaal Gebäude (ZHG). Auch REWE , Lidl, Penny sind nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Innenstadt ist in knapp 10-15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Auch 2 Waschsalons sind gleich um die ecke. Falls du ein Auto hast, besteht die Möglichkeit einen Tiefgaragen platz zu beantragen.
Hi :) ich heiße Konstantin. Da ich ab April mein BWL Studium in meiner Heimatstadt beenden werde suche ich ab April einen Nachmieter. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner heißt Gerald und studiert American Studies im 6. Semester. Da er allerdings auch nur noch bis ende Juni in Göttingen bleiben wird, kannst du dir dann ab Juli einen neuen Mitbewohner/ -in suchen oder mit einem Freund/ -in zusammenziehen ;)
