Frei werden zwei Zimmer für eine Person in einer lustigen und freundlichen 5er WG. Die Wände sind vor einem Jahr gestrichen worden, außerdem besticht das Zimmer durch einen Echtholzboden, viele Fenster und vor kurzem geprüfte, gute Heizungen. Das Hauptzimmer ist fast Quadratisch und angrenzend (Vorhang zur Trennung) gibt es einen kleinen "Wintergarten" der rundum von Fenstern gesäumt wird.
Gas Preise könnten sich erhöhen - nur um es vorab einmal zu erwähnen.
Ich habe ab 01.Juli eine neue Wohnung und werde bis spätestens Mitte August ausgezogen sein - vermutlich schon etwas früher

Two connected rooms are avaible in funny and nice 5 people apartment. The walls have been painted one year ago, the room has a nice wooden floor, lots of natural light due to quite a few windows. The heaters have just been checked and work perfectly fine. The main room is nearly a square adjoining to a small "wintergarden" wich is surrounded by windows.
Gas price might get higher - we will see.
I'll have a new flat beginning in July and will be completly out by the middle of August - probably a little bit earlier.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es eine Eisdiele, diverse Banken, einen Bastelladen (Kunst & Kreativ), ein Stoff/Nähgeschäft, ein Bahlsen Outlet, Jysk, MediaMarkt, Globus Baumarkt, Aldi, Restaurants,....

Zu erst: alles kann nichts muss. Während einige von uns noch studieren, sind andere bereits in ihrer Professur oder haben ihr Studium bereits abgeschlossen. Ab und an schauen wir auf dem Fernseher im Flur zusammen Filme oder Serien. Wir sind außerdem gemeinsam essen gewesen oder mit Teilen der WG zusammen ins Bowling Center um die Ecke gegangen. Aber das ist alles freiwillig - mach nur worauf Du Lust hast - niemand wird gezwungen <3

Some of us are studying in university while one is already doing his prof. and someone else has alredy finished their masters. Now and then we like to watch series or movies in our hallway. We went out for Dinner together and also did hit up the nearest bowling center with everyone - it's totally fine to not be that outgoing or if you prefer to be on your own - no one will be forced <3
