Hallo!
Ich ziehe in ein anderes Zimmer der 3er WG ein und dieses bleibt von ersten Juli bis Mitte August frei zur Zwischenmiete. Es sind zwei Zimmer. Das eine mit einem Bett, einem Nachttisch und einem Schrank, und das andere mit einem Sofa und einem Schreibtisch, einem Tisch und zwei Stühlen. Sehr hell durch große Fenster. Beide Zimmer haben einen grünen Teppichboden. Die Gesamtkosten der beiden Zimmer sind 267€ (244€ Miete +23€ Nebenkosten) inkl. Internet. In der WG gibt es noch ein Bad mit Dusche, eine Toilette, eine Küche und ein Esszimmer. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer später unbefristet zu mieten ab dem Wintersemester (dies wird dann mit der Hauptvermieterin besprochen).

Hi!
I am renting out a room very close to the Zentralcampus from July 1st to the 15th August. It actually consists of two well lit separate rooms for a total of ~24 sqm. One room features a bed, nightstand and a closet while the other has a desk, a table, two chairs and a sofa. The total rent, which includes internet, is 267€ (244€ rent +23€ other costs). The shared flat has a small kitchen and dining area, a bathroom with a shower and a separate bathroom with a toilet. There is a possibility to rent this room further for the Wintersemester (to be discussed with main tennant).
"Direkt am Zentralcampus gegenüber dem Blauen Turm und neben der Akademischen Burse. Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, Penny & Lidl) sind in 5 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt im Umkreis von 3min drei ÖPNV Haltestellen.

The house is located at the boarder to the central campus
just opposite to the Blauer Turm. A variety of supermarkets is in walking distance (5min). Public transport is just infront of the door and the city center is also only a few-minutes-walk away.."
