The house consists of three floors: Erdgeschoss (ground floor), Dachgeschoss (attic) and Kellergeschoss (basement). There are two rooms available at the ground floor until approximately end of August. The rooms are on the west side, so you have a lot of light in the room and on the balcony. Each floor has a kitchen, a toilette and a bathroom. The kitchen on the ground floor is big, with table, and we also have the washing machine there.
The garden is on the west side and is wild-like; there are apple trees, cherry, plum and walnut tree, different berry bushes. Early mornings and at dusk there is a quite diversity of bird songs. At the moment we don't have pets, but they are always welcomed in our house!
220 Euro is the rent included everything except of internet (7,50 Euro). I'm not sure about the exact room size in m2, but it's pretty spacious. The landlord knows exactly.
Nearest grocery shop 5 min walk (Nahkauf), next ones are 5-7 min by bike (Real, Aldi).
10-15 min by bike to the Nord-Campus, 20 min to the city center.
5-7 min walk to the bus stop.
7-8 min walk to the forest.

The house is situated in Weende-Nord, on a slight elevation.
This is not a student WG, so we don't have much contact with each other. But any activities and offers to do something together are welcomed.
I am Ana (30), I rent two rooms on the attic floor and live there with my boyfriend Adam (35).
