Hello guys,
I am traveling and will be away from 22 October till 31st October and want to sublet my fully furnished room for 10 days.
This is a great opportunity for the students who haven't been able to figure out an option yet and need some time to find a suitable place to stay.
The 12 square meters room is spacious and fully furnished. There is a bed, a chair, a table, a big cupboard and many shelves. You can use all you want. I will leave the room almost as it is in pictures, and clear out the spaces for you to put your stuff.
The room is located on the 7th Floor (yes, there is a lift) of a student hostel and offers great views from the windows and the balcony.
The hostel building is located in a quiet and peaceful area of Weende.
There are a number of shops (Tegut, Penny) nearby at a maximum walk of 6-7 minutes. There is also a Burger King, Dominos, Subway and McDonald's at walking distance.
One can walk to the North Campus in 15 minutes or take a bus to get there in 10 minutes. Reaching the central campus is also pretty easy with buses (takes 10 minutes)
The nearest bus stop (Theodor-Heuss-Str) is just at a 3 minute walk from the hostel building with connections to bus 91 and 92 which go straight towards the city center. At a walk of 5-10 minutes there are other bus stops with connections to multiple buses (21,22,23,31,32,41,42).
This is a Student flat share divided into two sections with 8 people each. We all come from different nationalities and are a very international community here.
There is a shared kitchen, a shared common area and shared bathroom (with two showers and two toilets).
We all takes turns doing cleaning and kitchen duties every week.
We are all very friendly and understanding. There are never any noise complaints.
If you want you can hang out with some people often sitting in the common area during the evening or just stay in your room.
