Requirement: You have to be an enrolled student in University of Göttingen or HAWK. I will be fully moved out by 14/6/2019 so you can move in at any date afterwards (half/full month rent can be discussed). The unit, however, needs to be vacated by 29/8/2019 as I am subletting it until the end of August.
The room itself isn't that special, honestly, but if I must: A bed, a mattress, shelves (many), closet, desk (heavy), very nice rolling chair, compartments under and above the bed.
(Copied) This single room is in a shared apartment with 3 other rooms, a common living room/ kitchen and 1 common bathroom and 2 common washrooms. The apartment is fully furnished. The common area has a dining table, chairs and a very comfortable orange couch. The kitchen has all common utilities available: Stoves, oven, dishes, utensils/cutlery, microwave, 2 fridges and freezer (shared amongst 4 people), water heater, and a coffee maker. There are washing machines and dryers in the basement for common use. There is also a common dance hall, a music room and a bar in a smaller separate building outside; not to mention a common balcony for the floor and place to store your bike.
The unit is on the first floor, so let's not take the elevator.
This student dormitory is very much centrally located. Equidistant to the north and central campus of the university (2-2.5 kms) . It is located at a 1 minute walk to a bus stop (Bus Lines: 21, 22, 23 ,41, 42) and is very close to 3 big grocery stores (Rewe, Penny, Lidl) and the university hospital.
There are 3 more very friendly flatmates! They are all international master students studying Molecular Biology or Neuroscience and speak English, (some German), Arabic, Nepali, and Tagalog (Mabuhay!). They are all very friendly and enjoy a nice chat or a meal together once in a while.
