The room is spacious and has big windows and is quite nice. A bed, desk, and 2 wardrobes will be included with the room. There is a bathroom down the hall that is shared with 1 other person. Kitchen has necessary items and living room has a dining table, couch, and tv. Flat is on the top floor of the building and is shared with 3 others. We all get along very well and have a cleaning schedule in place so the apartment is very clean. We have a washing machine in the apartment that we use and an extra bedroom that is unoccupied so if you want guests to stay, it is possible for them to have their own room. We also have basement storage for bikes or other large items.
Bus stops and grocery stores are a short walk away (2-5 min). The university can be reached by bike in about 10 minute and North campus is even closer.
Two of the flat mates are a couple (one works in research) and the third flat mate is a university student. I share the bathroom with one other person and we never have any problems. They are very nice and will have dinner with you or leave you alone, whichever you prefer. Overall it is a very nice place to live!
