[EN] The rentable room is furnished with a Bed (1,20m x 2,20m), a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and a small sofa. The kitchen is fully equiped with a fridge, a stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine and a kettle, as well as a table with three chairs. There is also a storage room with a vacuum cleaner.
[DE] Das WG-Ziimmer liegt im Studentenwohnheim Kellnerweg auf dem Nordcampus der Universität, die naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten sind nur einen kleinen Fußweg entfernt. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich zu Fuß 15 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt; die Innenstadt ist 12 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Wohnheim, genau wie die Mensa.
Im Wohnheim selbst befindet sich ein Waschkeller mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, einer Kneipe sowie ein kleiner Shop.
[EN] The shared room is located at the student residence Kellnerweg on the north campus and just a short walk away from the scientific faculties. You will reach the supermarket within 5 minutes by bike; the city center is 15 minutes away. The next bus stop is right in front of the student residence, as well as the canteen.
There is a laundry room available as well as a locked room where you can leave your bike.
[DE] Da dies eine 2er WG ist, wirst du dir die Küche und das Badezimmer mit einem netten Physik-Studierenden teilen. Dein künftiger Mitbewohner zeigt dir auch gerne die eine oder andere Bar, um das Nachtleben in Göttingen kennen zu lernen. Ebenfalls betreibt das Wohnheim jeden Mittwoch eine eigene Bar direkt auf dem Gelände, sodass du dort auch weitere Studierende kennen lernen kannst.
[EN] You will share the same kitchen and bathroom in the apartment with a physics student. If you want he can show you around Göttingen and a few pubs. The residence has its own pub which opens every wednesday, so you can meet other students .
[DE] Da das WG-Zimmer vom Studentenwerk Göttingen vermietet wird, können in dem Wohnheim lediglich immatrikulierte Studierende wohnen. In dem Mietpreis sind sowohl Heizkosten, Strom als auch Internet (WiFi via eduroam und LAN) enthalten.
Ich selbst werde für das Wintersemester ein Auslandssemester machen, daher werde ich die Wohnung befristet untervermieten. Sie ist Bezugsfertig ab dem 1. Oktober, datiert habe ich das Auszugsdatum auf den 28. Februar.
[EN] The room is owned by the Studentenwerk Göttingen and it is a student complex. Therefore I need a certificate of enrollment from you to proof that you are a student at University Göttingen. The price includes water, electricity, heating and WiFi.
I am leaving Göttingen for one semester, so the room is available from October 1st to February 28th.
