Ich werde Mitte März für drei Monate ins Ausland geehen um Daten für meine Masterarbeit zu sammeln und suche deswegen für diesen Zeitraum jemanden zur Untermiete!
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und sehr geräumig. Außerdem hat es einen Balkon! Meinen zweiten Bildschirm lasse ich dir gerne zum arbeiten im Zimmer stehen. Falls du Musik machst darfst du auch gerne meine Gitarre benutzen! :)
Die Wohnung verfügt ansonsten über Wasch- und Spülmaschine und eine gute Küchenausstattung mit Mixer und Mikrowelle.

Hi,
from mid march on I will go abroad for 3 months to collect data for my master thesis. Because of this I'm looking for someone to interm rent my room.
The room is furnished and very spacious. It also has a balcony! If you want, I can leave my second screen in the room, which facilitates working from home. If you make music you may use my guitar! :)
The apartment also has a washing machine and dishwasher as well as good kitchen equipment with blender and microwave.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen zwischen Zentral- und Nordcampus. Zu Fuß bist du in 5-10 Minuten am Zentral campus, mit dem Rad auch in 10 Minuten am Nordcampus (es fahren aber auch Busse, keine Sorge ;)). Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß nur 15 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem liegt die Wohnung direkt neben zwei Supermärkten (LIDL & REWE), und 4 weitere Supermärkte sind nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt (Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Netto).

The apartment is perfectly located between central and north campus. By foot you are at the central campus in 5-10 minutes, by bike also in 10 minutes at the north campus (but there are also buses, don't worry ;)). The city center is only 15 minutes away on foot. In addition, the apartment is right next to two supermarkets (LIDL & REWE), and 4 other supermarkets are only about 5 minutes away (Aldi, Edeka, Penny, Netto).
Wir sind eine 4er WG.
Ich bin Caro und studiere Behavioral Biology im Master. Der Rest der WG sind Sophie (Psychologie Bachelor), Basti (Politik- und Rechtswissenschaften) und Valerie (Medizin). Wir essen gerne zusammen oder trinken auch mal ein Bier oder zwei und ein gutes Verhältnis untereinander ist uns wichtig.

We are a group of 4.
I am Caro and I'm currently doing my masters in Behavioral Biology. The rest of the WG are Sophie (Psychology Bachelor), Basti (Political Science and Law) and Valerie (Medicine). We like to eat together or drink a beer or two, and a good relationship with each other is important to us.
Falls du nur von April bis Ende Mai hier einziehen möchtest ist das natürlich auch in Ordnung; dann musst du selbstverständlich auch nur 2 Monatsmieten bezahlen!

If you only want to move in from April to the end of May, that's fine too; if so, you obviously only have to pay 2 months rent!
