Ich suche jemanden für ein 16qm großes Zimmer im ersten Stock einer Wohnung. Zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt, die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer +Küche und Bad und einen Balkon. Eines dieser Zimmer (das Kleinste) wird zur Zeit als „Wohnzimmer“ genutzt. Die Warmmiete liegt bei ungefähr 460€ + inkl Nebenkosten.
Strom, Internet und Rundfunk ca. 65€.
Die Kaution beträgt 525€ muss dementsprechend nur einmal gezahlt werden.
Sowie eine einmalige Zahlung von 100€ an meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin für die Geräte in der Wohnung (Backofen, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank)
Das Parken kann zu manchen Zeiten etwas schwierig sein, jedoch sind die Busanbindungen sehr gut und auch zu Fuß sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu erreichen.
Ich würde es bevorzugen wenn man mir bei Interesse Nachrichten schreibt.
