Room comes with no bed, but multiple pieces of other furniture that can be bought for a low price. Full amenities in kitchen (stove, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and living room are shared with flat mate and have to be bought from previous tenant. Washing machine is available in the basement.

Location in Weende, 10 minutes on bike from north campus of the university, 5-10 minutes on foot to multiple different bus stops, 15 minutes on bike to city center. Tegut and bakery 5 min from apartment on foot, Penny 5 min by bike.
Ruhige, aber gut erreichbare Lage in Weende, mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten vom Nordcampus, 5 Minuten vom nächsten Penny und 15 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Zu Fuß bist du in 5-10 Minuten bei verschiedenen Bushaltestellen, beim nächsten Tegut und der nächsten Bäckerei.
You are going to live with a Neuroscience PhD student. I am looking for a flat mate that wants friendliness, and communication and is generally a flexible person. I like to eat dinner together from time-to-time and possibly go out for weekend trips once in a while. But I would also like to have the flexibility of having our own personal space.
