Am 25. werde ich in den Urlaub fahren und habe somit meine Wohnung frei. Es gibt 2 Zimmer. Entweder bleibt das eine Zimmer frei oder eine Freundin das Zimmer nehmen (daher suche ich nur weibliche Personen, wegen der Freundin).
Das Zimmer, welches du mieten kannst, hat ein Ikea Bett (140x200) , Matratze und saubere neue
Bezüge, und ich habe extra Bezüge, Handtücher.
On the 25th I will be going on vacation, so my apartment is free. There are 2 rooms. Either one room stays free or a friend takes the room (that's why I'm only looking for female people, because of the girlfriend).
The room you can rent has an Ikea bed (140x200) mattress, and clean new covers, and I have extra covers, and towels.
Großartige Lage (Weende Ulmenweg) in der Nähe des Nordcampus, 5 Minuten zu Fuß, und ganz nah am nördlichen botanischen Garten. Mit den 90er/30er-Busse kommt man in weniger als 10 Minuten zum zentralen Campus, oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Great location (Weende Ulmenweg) near the north campus, 5 minutes walk, and very close to the north botanical garden. The 90/30 buses take you to the central campus in less than 10 minutes, or 5 minutes by bike.

Mir ist sehr wichtig, dass meine Wohnung sauber gehalten, daher suche ich eine saubere und rücksichtsvolle Person.
Gerne kannst du auch zur Besichtigung vorbeikommen. Die Miete wäre 350€ für das eine Zimmer. Einzug und Auszug Termin sind einigermaßen flexibel, wir können darüber gerne sprechen. Falls noch es noch Fragen gibt, kannst du mir eine Nachricht schreiben.
