Dein Zimmer ist ca. 17,5 m² groß und mit zwei Betten, einem Nachttisch mit Lampe und zwei Kommoden ausgestattet.
Falls Du bereits eigene Möbel hast, die Du verwenden möchtest, können unbenutzte Möbel auch in einem anderen Raum oder dem Keller gelagert werden.
Abgesehen davon enthält die 66 m² große Wohnung ein weiteres Schlafzimmer und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, das wir alle nutzen können. Die Küche ist ziemlich groß, was zu einer verbesserten Kocherfahrung führt (^^). Die noch recht neue Spülmaschine und der noch recht neue Kühlschrank gesellen sich dazu.
Die Miete von 390 € beinhaltet alles, was Du dir jemals gewünscht hast: Dein möbliertes Zimmer, Wasser-, Gas- und Stromverbrauch, WLAN, die Nutzung der neuen Küchengeräte, den Staubsauger und das Wohnzimmer. Du kannst auch unser zusätzliches Fahrrad benutzen, wenn es derzeit nicht in Nutzung ist ;).

Hi everyone!
Your room is about 17.5 m² and furnished with two beds, a nightstand with a lamp and two dressers.
In case you already have your own furniture that you'd like to use, there is available storage space for unused furniture in a different room or the cellar.
Apart from that, the 66 m² large apartment contains one other bedroom and a communal living room, all of us are free to use it. The kitchen is fairly big, leading to an enhanced cooking eperience. The recently bought dishwasher and fridge will be keeping us company.
The 390€ rent includes everything you have ever wished for: Your furnished room, water, gas and electricity usage, WiFi, the usage of the new kitchen devices, the vaccum cleaner and the living room. You may also use our extra bike if it is currently not in use ;).
Die Wohnung ist von vielen Bäumen und Grünflächen umgeben. Es gibt einen schönen Park (den Levinpark) mit einem See in der Nähe, in dem Enten und Schwäne frei herumstreunen. Darüber hinaus kannst Du den Wald bequem über den Leine-Wanderweg erreichen (ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und schwupps bist Du dort).
Netto, Jawoll und ein Edeka-Supermarkt befinden sich ganz in der Nähe der Wohnung (3 bzw. 5 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein bisschen weiter weg gibt es auch einen Penny und Kaufland. Es dauert ungefähr 5 min., um die Bushaltestelle "Tulpenweg" zu erreichen, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen oder um den Zentralcampus / Nordcampus zu erreichen. Es dauert ungefähr 15 Minuten. mit dem Fahrrad zum Zentralcampus und ein bisschen weniger, wenn Du gen Innenstadt fährst.

The apartment is surrounded by lots of trees and green areas. There is a lovely park (Levinpark) with a lake nearby, with ducks and swans roaming around freely. On top of that, you can conveniently access the forest along the Leine hiking trail (ca. 5 min. walking distance and you're there).
Netto, Jawoll and an Edeka supermarket are all located pretty close to the apartment (3 and 5 min. walking distance, respectively). A little bit further down, there is a Penny and Kaufland as well. It takes about 5 min. to reach the bus stop "Tulpenweg" in order to go downtown or reach the central campus / northern campus. It'll take you about 15 min. to get to the central campus by bike and a little bit less if you want to go downtown.
Mein Name ist Julian und ich bin in Hamburg geboren und aufgewachsen. Ich studiere Psychologie an der Uni Göttingen, wo ich derzeit meine Masterarbeit über das Thema Zweitspracherwerb schreibe.
Ich habe eine Leidenschaft für Fremdsprachen und bin sehr daran interessiert, mit Ausländern oder Deutschen abzuhängen, die diese Leidenschaft teilen könnten. Wenn Du dich angesprochen fühlst, können wir gern eine Sprache üben, die wir teilen, oder wir können ein Sprachtandem machen :). Dies ist jedoch natürlich kein Muss, also mach dir keine Sorgen ;)
Außerdem würde ich von Zeit zu Zeit gerne über verschiedene Themen diskutieren. Wir können auch Videospiele spielen (z. B. N64), Basketball (oder andere Sportarten) zusammen machen, Kaffee / Tee trinken oder gemeinsam einen Film schauen.
Ich versuche, hauptsächlich pflanzliche Gerichte zuzubereiten, was bedeutet, dass ich versuche, meinen Verbrauch an tierischen Produkten zu minimieren. Ich esse jedoch überhaupt kein Fleisch (außer vielleicht Insekten).
Ich gehe morgens gerne joggen oder mache andere physische Aktivitäten (z. B. Ballsport).
Last but not least interessiere ich mich für Musik, hauptsächlich für das Rock / Metal-Genre. Aber im Allgemeinen findet man gute Musik unabhängig vom Genre. Lass es mich gerne wissen, was Du normalerweise hörst! Vielleicht etwas ohne ein bestimmtes Genre? ;)

My name is Julian and I am born and raised in Hamburg. I study psychology at Göttingen university where I'm currently writing my master's thesis about Second Language Acquisition.
I have a passion for foreign languages and I am very interested in hanging out with foreigners or Germans that might share this passion. If this is you, let's practice a language that we share or have a language exchange :). This is not a must, obviously, so don't worry ;)
Furthermore, I'd gladly have discussions about different topics from time to time. We can also play video games (e.g. N64), play some basketball (or other sports), drink coffee/tea or watch a movie together.
I try to prepare mostly plant-based dishes which means I try to minimize my consumption of animal products. However, I do not eat meat at all (except for insects, maybe).
I like to go for a jog in the morning or do some other physical activity (e.g. ball sports).
Last but not least, I am interested in music, mostly the rock/metal genre. But in general, you can find good music whatever the genre, so let me know what you enjoy listening too! Maybe something genre-less? ;)
