Kurz vorweg: Ich (Max) werde für 6 Monate für ein Auslandssemester nach Japan gehen und würde desswegen gerne mein Zimmer für die Zeit untervermieten.
Hallo ihr Lieben,
wir sind die WG in der Karl-Marx-Straße 98 und suchen ein neues WG-Mitglied!
Auf dich wartet ein helles und ruhiges 10 m² Zimmer mit jeweils einem Fenster zur Süd- und Westseite.
Dadurch scheint den ganzen Tag über Sonne in dein Zimmer und es ist immer hell.
Durch die Lage ist es sehr ruhig, sodass du sogar Nachts ungestört mit offenem Fenster schlafen kannst. Das Zimmer hat eine super größe für Studenten und ist hell und gemütlich. Ein bisschen Dachschräge hast du auch mit drin aber das hat mich als relativ große Person auch nie gestört. Du teilst dir dein Stockwerk mit Johanna ganz oben in unserem Haus (2 OG). Sollte der Platz nicht ausreichen verfügt das Haus über reichlich Stauraum auf dem Dachboden, im Keller oder in der Garage.
Dein Fahrrad kannst du einfach geschmeidig in unserer recht geräumigen Garage abstellen. Außerdem haben wir einen hammer Garten der dazu einlädt sich zu Sonnen, in einem Buch zu schmökern oder ein paar Leute zum Grillen einzuladen. Am häufigsten wirst du deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner in unserer Küche mit Wohnzimmer antreffen, welches gerne auch mal zum Trash TV Abend umfunktioniert oder zum entspannt zusammen Kochen genutzt wird.

we are the WG in Karl-Marx-Straße 98 and we are looking for a new member!
A bright and quiet 10m² room with a window to the south and west side is waiting for you.
Thus, the sun shines into your room all day long and it is always bright.
Due to the location it is very quiet, so you can even sleep undisturbed at night with an open window. The room has a great size for students and is bright and cozy. You also have a bit of a roof slope, but that never bothered me as a relatively tall person. You share your floor with Johanna at the top of our house (3rd floor). If the space is not enough for you, the house has plenty of storage space in the attic, basement or garage.
You can easily park your bike in our quite spacious garage. We also have a great garden that invites you to sunbathe, read a book or invite a few people to a barbecue. Most often you will meet your future roommates in our kitchen with living room, which is often used for trash TV evenings or for relaxed cooking sessions together.
Unser Haus liegt in der Weststadt nahe der Leine und generell ist es sehr entspannt hier und echt nah an der Natur. Zur Uni brauch mit dem Fahrrad ca. 7-10 minuten zum Z-Campus und 17-20 minuten zum Nordcampus. Auch zur nächsten Busstation ist es wirklich nicht weit und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es auch nur 15 minuten zu Fuß.
Leider liegen wir ein bisschen im Bermudadreieck was Einkaufsläden angeht. Aber nichtsdestotrotz ist man in unter 10 minuten bei einem Edeka oder Kaufland, je nach Präferenz. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in 20 min zu Fuß und mit dem Rad in ca. 10 minuten.
Allgemein ist das hier eher eine Familiäre Gegend was das Leben hier sehr entspannt gestaltet. Aber gegen die ein oder andere WG-Feier hat hier keiner was :)

Our house is located in the Weststadt near the Leine and generally it is very relaxed here and really close to nature. To the university one needs about 7-10 minutes by bike to the Z-Campus and 17-20 minutes to the North Campus. It is also super close to the bus station and to the main train station it is only a 15 minute walk.
Unfortunately, we are a bit in the Bermuda Triangle as far as grocery shopping is concerned. But nevertheless you can reach an Edeka or Kaufland in less than 10 minutes, depending on your preference. The city center can be reached in 20 minutes by foot and by bike in about 10 minutes.
In general, this is rather a family area which makes life here very relaxed. Nevertheless, the neighbours are very chill regarding parties and stuff :)
Unser WG-Leben ist relativ entspannt. Eigentlich sitzt meistens jemand in der Küche und hat bock zu Quatschen. Außerdem haben hier alle bock auf Brettspiele und zusammen Kochen ist auch immer hoch im Kurs. Als kleine Tradition hat sich auch eingebürgert einmal im Semester eine kleine Hausparty zu schmeißen. Freunde in die WG einladen wird hier gerne gesehn.
Die WG besteht aus:
Tom (20): Er studiert Geographie im zweiten Semester und ist ständig auf Achse. Tom spielt gerne Gitarre und unterhält sich super gerne über Musik und Filme (da kennt er sich wirklich lächerlich gut aus). Außerdem ist er unser kleiner WG-Hausmeister also alles von Thema Fahrrad bis hin zum Streichen der Wände sind überhaupt kein Problem für den guten.
Chengchen (23): Er studiert VWL im 8 Semester und ist gerade dabei seine Bachelor Arbeit zu schreiben. In seiner Freizeit geht er gerne ins Gym oder pflanzt den Garten voll mit Blumen. Chengchen kocht sehr gerne und gibt dabei auch immer was zum probieren ab.
Thuy (26): Sie arbeitet seit neusten in Vollzeit in einer Bar. Außerdem arbeitet sie fleißig an ihrem Arabisch und ist dementsprechend auch super informiert was jegliche Themen in diese Richtung betrifft. Kulinarisch hat sie auch einiges drauf und ist ein kleiner möchtegern-feinschmecker.
Jan (30): Er studiert Wirtschaftspädagogik und ist das absolute Urgestein unserer WG. Über jegliche politischen Themen ist Jan immer super informiert und freut sich über das aktuelle Tagesgeschehen zu diskutieren.
Johanna (18): Sie studiert im zweiten Semester Jura und ist das Kücken unserer WG. Regelmäßg überrascht sie uns mit Selbstgebackenem stuff was sehr nice ist. Johanna liest auch super gerne, also wenn du eine neue Leseempfehlung brauchst weiß sie bestens Bescheid.

Our life here is relatively relaxed. Actually, most of the time someone sits in the kitchen and is up for a chat. In addition, everyone here likes to play board games and cooking together is very appreciated. As a small tradition, it has also become customary to throw a small house party once a semester. Inviting friends to the WG is very welcome here.
The WG consists of:
Tom (20): He studies geography in the second semester and is always on the fly. Tom likes to play the guitar and to talk about music and movies (he really knows a lot about it). He is also our little janitor in the shared flat, so fixing bikes or painting the walls are no problem at all for the lad.
Chengchen (23): He studies economics in the 8th semester and is just about to write his bachelor thesis. In his free time he likes to go to the gym or plant flowers in the garden. Chengchen loves to cook and always provides something to try for you.
Thuy (26): She recently started working full time in a bar. She also works diligently on her Arabic and is therefore very well informed about any topics regarding political situations around the world. She is culinary very educated and therefore is a little wanna-be gourmet.
Jan (30): He is studying business education and is the dad of our appartment. Jan is always well-informed about political topics and enjoys discussing current affairs.
Johanna (18): She studies law in the second semester. She regularly surprises us with self-made bakeries, which is very nice. Johanna also loves to read, so if you need a new reading recommendation, she is the first one to ask.
Für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung in der WG sind alle gemeinsam verantwortlich und es gibt einen Putzplan.
Im Haus gibt es einen „Waschkeller“ in dem Waschmaschine und Wäscheständer vorhanden sind, sodass du deine Wäsche dort trocknen kannst.

Everyone is responsible for the cleanliness in the shared apartment and we have a cleaning schedule.
There is a "laundry room" in the house with a washing machine and some drying racks.
