American Exchange Student looking for a Flat or Flatshare

Hi I am doing my Masters thesis in Goettingen next semester and I am looking for a place to live from March/April to the end of September (My defense of thesis is sometime in September). I am pretty easy going- I don't mind parties (and am down with going to parties as well as long as I don't have a test the next day!), I am very clean (especially in the kitchen), I cook often, enjoy board and video games or just chilling with a glass of wine/beer/whiskey and chatting :) I can speak german fairly well although I cannot write it well (spelling and der/die/das are not good lol). I am hoping to improve this during the semester. I also greatly enjoy traveling and exploring so if you have any good suggestions for the area let me know!

As for the apartment I would prefer to be in a place that has:
-Needs to be Furnished (dont want to buy furniture for one semester)
-A fairly large kitchen (I cook a lot so a little extra space allows greater flexibility)
-Wireless Internet
-Fairly large room (with good amount of storage space-I have accumulated a lot of souvenirs during my time in Europe)
-A desk so I can do my work
-Washer (and preferably a dryer as well but I understand that is rare here)
-Preferably close access to a bus station to north campus (Dont know why they always stuff us scientists at the rear end of nowhere!)

As for flatmates I would prefer:
-Friendly
-easy going
-clean in public areas (especially the kitchen)
-open minded
