Zwischenmiete: großes helles Zimmer mit Balkon

Die Wohnung liegt in der schönen Südstadt. Zur nächsten Bushaltestelle sind es nur drei Minuten, aber ansonsten ist man auch mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten an der Uni und in der Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls 10 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Das Schwimmbad und Freibad sind auch ganz in der Nähe, ebenso wie der Kiessee und die Feldmarkt.

The flat is located in the beautiful south of Göttingen. The nearest bus stop is only three minutes away, but you can also reach the university and the city centre by bike in 10 minutes. Shopping facilities are also 10 minutes away by bike. The swimming pool and open-air swimming pool are also close by, as are the Kiessee lake and a lot of nature is just a few minutes around the corner.

Du würdest mit Florin (24, Bachelor/Master Wirtschaftsinformatik) und Adeeba (25, Master Molecular Biology zusammen wohnen. Florin ist recht viel zuhause, da er hauptsächlich von seinem Computer aus seine Uniaufgaben macht. Adeeba ist ein wenig mehr unterwegs und unter der Woche viel in der Uni. Adeeba spricht primär Englisch und lernt gerade erst Deutsch, Florin spricht Deutsch und Englisch.
Für Spieleabende oder ein gemeinsames Kochen, und dass ein oder andere Glas Wein oder Bier sind die beiden aber beide immer zu haben! :)

You would live with Florin (24, Bachelor/Master Business Informatics) and Adeeba (25, Master Molecular Biology). Florin is at home a lot, as he mainly does his university work from his computer. Adeeba is on the road a bit more and is at the university a lot during the week. Adeeba speaks primarily English and is just learning German, Florin speaks German and English. However, both of them are always available for game nights or cooking together, and a glass of wine or beer! :)

Du würdest einen Untermietvertrag mit mir (Jule) schließen. Zudem wäre es mir lieb wenn du eine Haftpflichtversicherung hast, da du meine Möbel nutzt.
Ich habe meinen Bachelor fertig und werde Ende August für voraussichtlich vier Monate nach Süd- und Mittelamerika reisen gehen. Da ich noch nicht genau weiß wann ich genau wieder komme und wie es generell danach weiter geht, ist langfristig ggf. eine komplette Übernahme des Zimmers möglich oder zumindest eine Verlängerung. Aber das können wir alles besprechen.Wenn du Interesse hast kannst du dich gerne über WG-gesucht oder per Whats App bei mir melden, und wir können alles besprechen und finden bestimmt für (fast) alles eine Lösung, sofern irgendetwas nicht passt! : )

You would sign a subletting contract with me (Jule). I would also like you to have liability insurance, as you will be using my furniture.
I have finished my Bachelor's degree and will be travelling to South and Central America at the end of August for probably four months. Since I don't know exactly when I'll be back and what I'll do afterwards, it might be possible to take over the entire room or at least extend it. But we can discuss all that.
