Unsere Wohnung ist im Verhältnis zu dem Zimmer sehr groß. Unser Badezimmer, unsere Küche und die Flure bieten da sehr viel Platz und wir haben ein kleines aber feines Wohn/Gästezimmer mit einer Couch und einem Gästebett, wo deine Freund*innen gerne übernachten können. Das Zimmer an sich ist etwas klein (11,5 qm) im Vergleich zum Rest aber solange man nicht auf ein Doppelbett besteht, passt alles rein.

Our apartment is very large in relation to the room. Our bathroom, kitchen and hallways offer a lot of space and we have a small but nice living/guest room with a couch and a guest bed where your friends can stay overnight. The room itself is a bit small (11,5 qm) compared to the rest but as long as you don't insist on a double bed, everything fits in. :)
Die Lage ist echt super, da wir direkt in der Innenstadt sind. Wir haben eine Viertelstunde Fußweg zum Z Campus und eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, die innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar ist. Mit den Bussen die da fahren kommt man auch direkt zum Nordcampus. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man noch schneller unterwegs (5minuten zum Z Campus). Wir teilen uns mit den anderen Bewohner*innen des Hauses einen Fahrradkeller wo dein Rad dann sicher ist über Nacht. Nur Autoparkplätze sind schwierig (Innenstadt halt) da wir alles ohne Auto erreichen kennen wir uns da auch nicht aus

The location is really great as we are right in the city center. We have a 15-minute walk to the Z Campus and a bus stop right outside the door, which can be reached within a minute. The buses that run there also take you directly to the North Campus. You can get to the Z Campus even faster by bike (5 minutes). We share a bicycle cellar with the other residents of the house where your bike is safe overnight. Only car parking is difficult (city center)
Wir sind drei Studis, die 2023 Abitur gemacht haben und letztes Jahr im Oktober eine Neu-Wg gegründet haben. Das bedeutet, dass wir immer noch in der Einlebe-Phase sind und uns noch einrichten müssen. Für dich bedeutet dass, dass du viel noch mitgestalten kannst (besonders was deko angeht…)
Wir würden mit dir zusammen einen neuen Putzplan erstellen. Bisher ist es so dass jeder einen Job die Woche hat und solange wir untereinander kommunizieren, wenn man mal keine Zeit oder Energie hat, helfen wir einander dabei! Hier ist wichtig zu erwähnen, dass wir alle nicht die größten Ordnungsfreaks sind. Das heißt es soll natürlich sauber sein, aber wenn man eine Pfanne auf dem Herd übernachtet haben wir kein Problem damit. Aber das lässt sich ja alles bei einem Treffen klären! :)

We are three students who graduated in 2023 and started a new flat share last year in October. This means that we are still in the settling-in phase. For you, this means that you can still help shape a lot of things (especially when it comes to decorating...)
We would create a new cleaning plan together with you. So far, everyone has one job a week and as long as we communicate with each other when we don't have time or energy, we help each other out! It's important to mention that none of us are the biggest neat freaks. That means it should be clean, of course, but if you leave a pan on the stove overnight, we have no problem with that. But that can all be clarified at a meeting! :)
