The room is around 20m2 with a large sunny double window, giving on a calm street a few floors below with no traffic except residents. It's a big room with a bed on a mezzanine, so you have plenty of space for a sofa area and desk, plus storage under the roof!
Common areas are the entry/dining area, kitchen (oven, fridge) and the bathroom (bathtube + shower).
We lived under the roof, at the end of tiny stairs, which is why, I gladly pass over most of my furniture (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, ...). Our washing machine is in the basement.
We live right in the city center, it's so perfect! At any time and in no time, you can go for groceries shopping (Alnatura, Kaufland), for an ice cream in town or a tour of the city on the wall. You can be in 10 minutes walking to the main campus of the university, 15 to the main train station, even less with your bike. There is no shops in the street nor traffic so at the same time, it is very quiet!
We, Azadeh (f, 28, MSc student in mathematics) and Panine (f, 28, PhD in animal sciences) are looking for our 3rd flatmate: someone who like to chat and exchange, use to share a flat and respect the well-being of everyone, friendly and who like to share a meal from time to time, with no problem keeping everything in the flat tidy and clean.
