ich suche normalerweise ab September 2011 (nach Absprache gehts auch früher) einen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Was wird vermietet? In meiner 3 Raum Dachgeschosswohnung mit 92 qm würde ich euch ein 12 qm Zimmer anbieten. Es ist zur Zeit mit einer kleinen Couch, einem Bett (noch nie benutzt) und Schränken möbiliert (alles IKEA). Natürlich sollt ihr nicht nur in dem Zimmer wohnen. Ihr könnt meine Wohnung komplett nutzen. Das heißt Küche und Wohnzimmer. Ich habe natürlich eine DSL Flat.
Ich suche vorallem Wochenpendler. Wenn du jedoch mit Sauberkeit ein Problem hast, dann solltest du dich nicht melden. Ich bin ein super umgänglicher Mensch und man kann mit mir über alles reden.
