Gesucht wird per 1. Mai 1 Mitbewohner/In für das WG-Zimmer (16m^2) in Davos Dorf. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage im Haus (Lift vorhanden) mit Blick über Davos und liegt direkt am Flüelabach. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, einen schönen grossen, sonnigen Balkon (Wintergarten), ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine mittelgrosse Küche mit Abwaschmaschine, einen grossen Gang mit Esstisch und Sofa und einen Keller. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV sind ganz in der Nähe und in wenigen Minuten ist man am See, Bahnhof-Dorf oder Parsennbahn. Der Mietpreis versteht sich inkl. Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Winterdienst und Highspeed-WIFI.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖV sind ganz in der Nähe und in wenigen Minuten ist man am See, Bahnhof-Dorf oder Parsennbahn.
Ich: 35 Jahre/ Ökonom/ Davos-Liebhaber / Snowboard / Downhillbike / Schwimmen / Natur / Sauberkeit / Ferien- und Wochenendaufenthalter / geh bald auf lange Reise (somit werde ich für mehrere Monate wohl nicht anwesend sein - gut oder schlecht?;)
