Da ich ab April kurzfristig ein Praktikumsplatz erhalten habe, suchen wir eine/n Nachfolger/in für mein Zimmer in unserer gemütlichen Augarten-WG ab März/April. Das Zimmer selbst ist 18 m2 groß und zum ruhigen Innenhof ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer könnte optimalerweise voll möbliert übergeben werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und besticht durch ihren Altbau-flair. Die Küche ist geräumig, voll ausgestattet und beinhaltet sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Das Wohnzimmer punktet durch den funktionstüchtigen Kamin, es gibt auch einen Balkon, der besonders im Sommer dazu einlädt, draußen bei einem leckeren Getränk das Wetter zu genießen und zu quatschen. Des Weiteren befinden sich Bad und die Toilette in zwei seperaten Räumen und ein kleiner Lagerraum rundet die 105 m2 große Wohnung auch schon ab.

As I will start my traineeship in April at the end of Febuary, we are looking for a successor for my room in our cozy Augarten shared flat from March/April. The room itself has 18 m2 and faces the quiet inner courtyard. The room could ideally be handed over fully furnished.
The flat is on the third floor and has an "old building" flair. The kitchen is spacious, fully equipped and even includes a dishwasher. The living room scores with its functional fireplace, and there is also a balcony that invites you to sit outside, especially in summer. Furthermore, the bathroom and the toilet are in two separate rooms and a small storage room completes the 105 m2 flat.
