Das Zimmer ist teilweise Möbliert, es gibt ein erhöhtes Bett (mit viel Stauraum darunter), Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und eine Kommode (Siehe Foto) [Die Couch, der Schreibtischstuhl und die Bücherregale bleiben nicht]
The Room is partly furnished, there is a elevated bed (with a space for storage underneath), wardrobe, and a desk. (see photo) [The couch, the desk chair and the shelves aren't staying in the room]
Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Hügel und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht:
Im Westen sieht man über die Dächer von Andritz und Gösting hinweg und im Osten (zu den Küchenfenstern hinaus) kann man ab und zu Rehe über die Wiese des Nachbarn springen sehen und im Hintergrund Wald :)
Es gibt einen Balkon zur Süd seite und eine Wiese vor dem Haus.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle (Viktor-Zack-Weg) ist in ca. 8 min. zu Fuß erreichbar und die nächste Tramstation "Andritzer Hauptplatz" is ca 15-20 min zu Fuß entfernt.
The house is on a hill and provides a marvelous view! In the west you can see over the roof-tops of Andritz and Gösting and in the east you're able to see dears once in a while (through the windows of the kitchen), jumping over the meadow of our neighbour. There is a balcony (south side) and a meadow in front of the house.
The next bus stop (Viktor-Zack-Weg) is around 8 min. by walking. The next tramstation "Andritzer Hauptplatz" is around 15-20 min. by walking.
Momentan leben Franziskus, Irmi und Maša zusammen in der Wohnung
Wir wollen eine familäre Atmosphäre in der Wohnung schaffen. Wir kochen/essen zusammen, machen ab und zu Musik zusammen und schauen auch ab und an mal einen Film zusammen oder quatschen in der Küche/Wohnzimmer
Wir umarmen uns, wir hören zu und wir erzählen von unserem Leben. Wir kochen meist vegetarisch/vegan.
Irmi studiert Biologie, Franziskus hat ein Grundstück im Burgenland ist oft dort & fährt in Graz für den Essenslieferservice Velofood und Maša geht in die Meisterklasse Keramik an der Ortweinschule (hat ihren Lebensmittelpunkt aber in Wien und kommt nur von Dienstag bis Freitag nach Graz).
Currently Irmi, Franziskus and Maša are living here.
We want to form a familiar atmosphere in the flat. We cook/eat together, we jam and do music together, once in while we watch a movie together or have a chat in the kitchen/living room.
We hug! we listen and we tell about our life. We cook mostly vegetarian/vegan.
Irmi is studying biology, Franziskus has a property in Burgenland and is often there and in Graz he is working for a food delivery company called Velofood and Maša is taking part in the master classes of ceramics at Ortweinschule (she lives mostly in Vienna and is only for the school in Graz from Tuesday till Friday).

Es können auch zwei Personen im Zimmer unterkommen (war zuvor auch so und hat gut funktioniert)
