Unsere 3er Haus WG sucht eine(n) neue(n) Bewohner:in.
Das Haus ist am Stadtrand von Graz gelegen und hat einen großen ~600m2 Garten mit Altbaumbestand (Nussbaum, Äpfelbäume, zugeschnittenen Kirschbaum, Zwetschkenbäume, Weinreben, Kiwi Pflanze ect.). Es liegt leicht erhöht wodurch man eine wünderschöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung genießen kann. Der Garten lädt im Herbst, Frühling und Sommer zum anpacken, aber auch entspannen und träumen ein.
Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst verdoppelt sich der Wohnraum durch den sehr großen Wintergarten und es entsteht eine tolle Wohnatmosphäre. Im Winter ist das Leben mehr aufs Kernhaus beschränkt, das aber vom Platz her gut ausgenutzt und liebenswert eingerichtet ist..
Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig und im Sommer schön kühl. Es liegt im Erdgeschoß, direkt neben dem schönen Wintergarten (siehe Fotos).
Das Zimmer kostet 300 inkl. allem. Einzugsdatum ist am idealesten Mitte Mai, ist aber relativ flexibel :)

Our 3 house WG is looking for a new resident.
The house is located on the outskirts of Graz and has a large ~600m2 garden with old trees (walnut tree, apple trees, cut cherry tree, plum trees, vines, kiwi plant ect.) It is slightly elevated creating a beautiful view as in the country. The garden invites in autumn, spring and summer to relax and dream, ideally with a bonfire.
In spring, summer and autumn the living space is doubled by the very large winter garden and this creates a great living atmosphere. In winter, life is more confined to the core house, which is, however, well utilized in terms of space and lovably furnished.
The room is quite cozy and spacious and in summer nicely cool. It's located in the ground floor, directly next to the wintergarden (see photos).
The room costs 300 warm. The moving in date would be ideally in the middle of may, but it's flexible :)
Das Haus ist am ruhigen nördlichen Standtrand von Graz gelegen. Eine sehr schöne Vorstadt mit Wald und Wiesen im unmittelbaren Umkreis. Öffentliche Anbindung bis zum Hauptbahnhof ist gegeben.
Öffis: 27 Minuten bis zum Hauptplatz
Auto: 15 min ins Zentrum
Fahrrad: ~ 20-25 min zum Hauptplatz und ~25 - 30min zurück
Eine Garage ist Vorhanden.

The house is located on the quiet northern outskirts of Graz. A very nice suburb with forest and meadows in the immediate vicinity. Direct public connection to the main train station is given.
Public transport: 27 min to the main square

Nathalie (27) und Jakob (27) wohnen gerade im Haus und suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner:in.
Nathalie ist im Februar eingezogen, nachdem sie in Freiburg und Barcelona (Ethnologie BA und Politische Ökologie/Postwachstum MsC) studiert hat. Sie gärtnert gerne, ist gerne draußen, klettert und ist politisch aktiv.
Jakob ist Anfang April eingezogen und beginnt Mitte April in einer Zimmerei in der Nähe von Graz zu arbeiten. Er ist in Thüringen aufgewachsen, bevor er 2013 zum studieren nach Dresden ging. Dort hat er vor allem viel Zeit im Szene- und Künstlerviertel, der Dresdner-Neustadt verbracht.Jakob ist ein aufgeschlossener und aktiver Mitbewohner, der sich für keinen Spaß zu schade ist.
- Zum WG-Leben:
Uns ist gemeinschaftliches, enstpanntes Zusammenleben sehr wichtig, mal gemeinsam kochen oder einfach zusammensitzen. Die WG formt sich erst gerade neu, daher gibt es viel Platz und Möglichkeiten alles mitzugestalten, wir freuen uns drauf :)
Außerdem ist uns ein verschwörungsfreies Miteinander wichtig :) Schreibt uns gerne!

Hey Guys,
We, Nathalie (27) and Jakob (27) are looking for a new roomie.
Nathalie just moved in, after studying in Barcelona and Freiburg (Anthropology BA and Political Ecology MsC). She loves to work in the garden, to be outside, to climb and is politically active.
Jakob stay since April in Graz and starts with working in a carpentry. Jakob grows up in a little village in Thüringen and study in Dresden. There he spend much time with chill und hang anround in the district "Neustadt". Jakob is an open minded, sporty and active guy
-A few words to our shared-house life:
For us it is important to share a bit of community life together, to cook together or or just sit together :) The constellation is quite new, so there is heaps of opportunities to create a comfortable space together. We are looking forward to it!
P.S. a conspiracy-free-living-together is important to us :)

Außerdem gibt es die Möglichkeit, für 2 Monate das Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete zu mieten (Mai-Juli). Falls diese Option für euch ideal wäre, dann meldet euch auch gerne!
