Ich bin der Lukas, beruflich Industriedesigner und Fahrradkurier, und biete dir ein WG Zimmer in einer sehr schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung; und auch dein Zimmer, sind Süd/Östlich ausgerichtet und den ganzen Winter hell und sonnig. Wir wohnen im ersten Stock, leicht erhöht und man hat einen riesigen Himmel und einen weiten Blick auf dem Balkon. Das Haus ist um 1900 erbaut und vor 4 Jahren komplett saniert worden. Dabei wurden hochwertige Kirschholzböden, Fußbodenheizung, bodenebene Dusche eingebaut. Im Haus gibt es auch eine Fahrradreparaturstation. Die Raumhöhe beträgt, altbaugemäß 2,9m.
Die Wohnung kann gerne jederzeit besichtigt werden! Ich freue mich auf deine Anfrage!

I am Lukas, professionally an industrial designer and bicycle courier, and I'm offering you a room in a very nice shared apartment. The apartment; and also your room, face south/east and are bright and sunny all winter. We live on the first floor, slightly elevated and you have a huge sky and a wide view from the balcony. The house was built around 1900 and completely renovated 4 years ago. High-quality cherry wood floors, underfloor heating and a floor-level shower were installed. There is also a bicycle repair station in the house. According to the old building, the room height is 2.9 m.

Das Haus ist direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie gelegen, jedoch sind andere Häuser dazwischen, weshalb man fast nichts von der Straße hört. Es ist sehr ruhig! Spazierwege in den Wald beginnen direkt vor der Tür und auch das Schwimmbad ist mit dem Rad die Straße hinunter gelegen. Auch FH Joanneum, Hofer, DM, Bipa, Billa Plus, Bank und Post sind nicht weit entfernt.
The house is located directly on the tram line, but there are other houses in between, which is why you hardly hear anything from the street. It is very calm! Walks in the forest start right outside and the swimming pool is also located down the road by bike. Also FH Joanneum, Hofer, DM, Bipa, Billa Plus, bank and post office are not far away.
