Hi all,
There is one furnished room available for rent in 68m2 very comfortable, fully furnished apartment.
Flat is furnished with more or less everything you need, except TV (washing machine, bath, dish washer) and room for rent has few shelves, couch, desk. Kitchen with big living
room and nice terrace together make really nice place to spend some free time.
Neighborhood is pretty calm, with green courtyard. Connection with city is really good, with few tram lines that will take you to city centre in 10 min. On 1-5 min walking distance you can find some shops like Lidl, Hofer and Merkur, and for recreation there is great swimming pool nearby.
I`m Vlada, 28, and I`m working here as an architect. (my German is still not as great, but I use English and Serbian). You could find me friendly, quite often on road trips, or somewhere out if not working.I also enjoy nice evenings in already mentioned living room, cooking or some drink with friends.
