Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG und bietet mit dem Balkon eine schöne Aussicht auf den Plabutsch. Die Fenster und der Balkon liegen auf der Südseite, sodass tagsüber viel Licht garantiert ist. Das inserierte Zimmer ist 11qm groß und ist vollmöbliert. Die WG bietet einen großen Wohnzimmerbereich mit Küche, der sich über einen Flur zum Badezimmerbereich erstreckt. Ein separater Kloraum, sowie ein Vorraum im Eingangsbereich ist ebenfalls Teil der WG.
Das Zimmer ist ab sofort zu beziehen! :)

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and offers a beautiful view of the Plabutsch from the balcony. The windows and the balcony are on the south side, so that a lot of light is guaranteed during the day. The advertised room is 11sqm and is fully furnished. The shared apartment offers a large living room area with kitchen, which is accessible by means of a hallway to the bathroom. A separate toilet room and a spacious entrance area is also part of the shared apartment.
The room is available immediately! :)
Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur FH Joanneum!!
Die Linie 7 der Straßenbahn (Karl-Morre Straße Haltestelle), sowie die Buslinien 62 und 65 sind zu Fuß in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie der Merkur Markt, Spar, Billa und Hofer, sowie DM und weitere Läden sind schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen, d.h. exzellente Nahversorgung ;) Mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr ist der Hauptbahnhof 7 Minuten und die Innenstadt 15 Minuten entfernt. Ein Tennisplatz, Fußballhartplatz, Basketballcourt und ein Spielplatz sind direkt vor der Haustür gelegen.

Tramline 7 (Karl-Morre Straße stop), as well as bus lines 62 and 65 can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. Shops such as the Merkur Markt, Spar, Billa and Hofer, as well as DM and other shops can be reached quickly on foot or by bike. The main railway station is 7 minutes away by public transport and the city center 15 minutes away. A tennis court, soccer hard court, basketball court and a playground are right across the street.
Die WG besteht momentan aus einer Mitbewohnerin (Nata), die berufstätig ist und in der Freizeit gern zockt oder ein Bierchen auf dem Balkon trinkt. Sie ist offen und aufgeschlossen sowie LGBTQ+ freundlich. Sie spricht fließend Englisch und Deutsch. Haustiere sind momentan nicht vorhanden aber nach Absprache mit der Mitbewohnerin erlaubt :)
Sie ist viel lustiger, interessanter und bunter als diese Beschreibung sich anhört; ist aber nicht fähig, eine gute Selbstbeschreibung zu erstellen ;)

The flat share currently consists of a flat mate (Nata) who works and likes to play video games in her free time or has a beer on the balcony. She is open minded and LGBTQ + friendly. She is fluent in English and German. There are no pets in the apartment at the moment but could be allowed after consultation with the roommate :)
