Ich bin Doktorandin die ein Forschungsjahr an der Uni Graz beendet und werde wieder in die USA zurückkehren; daher suche ich eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer.
Die Wohnung besitzt 2 gleich große Schlafzimmer und befindet sich im 3. Stock (ohne Lift). Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon. In der Wohnung gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler.

I am a grad student finishing up a research year at Uni Graz and will return back to the United States; therefore I am looking for a replacement person for my room.
The flat has 2 equally sized bedrooms and is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator in the building). The flat has a balcony. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher in the flat.

Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer können auf Wunsch gegen eine Gebühr übernommen werden (großes Bett und Matratze, Schreibtisch, Bank, Schrank, Kommode; alles in sehr gutem Zustand).
Das Schlafzimmer ist ab dem 1. August 2023 verfügbar (ein paar Tage vorher/nachher kann verhandelt werden).
Kaution: 1250€
Miete: 577€ pro Monat (all incl. = Miete, Strom, Heizung, Internet)
Ablösevereinbarung (für Möbel): 400€ Wohnung + optional 450€ Zimmer (Bett und Matratze, Schreibtisch, Bank, Schrank, Kommode)

Furniture in the bedroom can also be included, for a fee (large bed and mattress, desk, bench, closet, chest; all in very good condition).
