Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbliert mit Schreibtisch und sehr großem Bett. In meinem Regal und auf der Kleiderstange kannst du deine coolen Fits verstauen. Mein Zimmer ist zum Innenhof und sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Balkone welche du mitbenutzen kannst sowie eine Dachterrasse und ein Garten der gemeinsam mit den anderen Hausbewohnern genutzt wird. Vor allem auf der Dachterrasse hat man eine gute Aussicht über Graz und schöne Sonnenuntergänge.

The room is fully furnished with a desk and a very large bed. You can store your cool fits in my shelves and on the clothes rail. My room faces the courtyard and is very quiet. The flat has two balconies that you can use as well as a roof terrace and a garden that is shared with the other residents. Especially on the roof terrace you have a good view over Graz and beautiful sunsets.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im zentralen Univiertel direkt gegenüber der Bibliothek und der Hauptuniversität. Einmal über die Straße und du befindest dich am Hauptcampus. Der nächste Supermarkt befindet sich 5 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle.
Das Univiertel ist ein belebtes und studentisches Viertel mit vielen Bars und Clubs. Alles ist fußläufig innerhalb von zehn Minuten erreichbar.
Kunstuniversität und Medizinische Universität sind mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar
The flat is located in the central university district directly opposite the library and the main university. Once across the street, you are at the main campus. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away. There is a bus stop right outside the front door.
The university quarter is a lively and student-oriented area with many bars and clubs. Everything is within ten minutes walking distance.
The University of Art and the Medical University can be reached by bike within 10 minutes.
WG-Zimmer mit netten Mitbewohnern mit denen du dich sicher gut verstehen wirst. Beide studieren Medizin im neunten Semester. Gerne werden sie dir die Stadt zeigen oder mit dir die örtlichen Bars unsicher machen. Da beide meist viel lernen müssen ist die WG sehr ruhig gerade unter der Woche.
Shared room with nice flatmates with whom you will certainly get along well. Both are studying medicine in their ninth semester. They will be happy to show you around the city or take you out to the local bars. Since they both have to study a lot, the flat-share is very quiet, especially during the week.
