The room may seem small, but offers everything you need. It will be rented fully furnished and contains a desk, a closet, a convertible bed 80x200 (pulled-out 160x200) as well as a bookshelf. There is morning light and it is very quiet, as the window goes out to the back of the building.
Toilet and bathroom are seperate and will be shared with your roommates as well as the kitchen and the living room.

The apartement is in walking distance to the University of Graz (20min) as well as supermarkets (10min), pharmacies (10min), the main park (15min) and the town center (20min). If you don't like walking or riding a bike that much, there is also easy access to public transport (buses: 41,62,39,58,63 tram: 5,3).
Also if you like swimming- there is a cute, little public swimming pool (Margarethenbad) located only 5 minutes away by foot.
Von der Wohnung aus braucht man zu Fuß etwa 20min zur Karl-Franzens-Universität (Fahrrad: 10min) und 25min mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur FH Joanneum (Fahrrad 15min).

The roomates are Hannah (23) and Bernd (24) both study in Graz and have lived together for about 3 years now. We like to play board games, share our daily lives with each other and enjoy each others company. Sometimes we host parties, but generally we appreciate having a safe space and a relaxed, quiet atmosphere in the apartement. However friends are always welcome.
We look out for each other and are careful of our rommies needs. Good communication is very important to us.
Currently there is no cleaning plan, however if this is something you would like to have, the roomies would be open for it.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen heißen Hannah (23) und Bernd (24) und wohnen nun schon seit 3 Jahren gemeinsam in der Wohnung. Beide studieren in Graz. In der WG spielen wir gerne Gesellschaftsspiele oder tauschen uns über Alltägliches aus. Manchmal schmeißen wir auch Parties, aber generell mögen wir einen ruhigen, entspannten Alltag. Deine Freund:innen sind natürlich immer herzlich willkommen.
Unser WG-Leben basiert auf einem unkomplizierten Miteinander. Wir reden uns alles aus, nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander und sind hilfsbereit. In der WG ist es wichtig, dass du gut mit den anderen kommunizierst und offen ansprichst, wenn du ein Anliegen hast.
Im Moment haben wir keinen Putzplan, falls dir das ein Anliegen sein sollte, sind deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:innen natürlich offen für Vorschläge.
I will be studying abroad for the spring semester 2024 and would appreciate it, if someone would take care of my room in the meantime :) You could also borrow my bike for the time you live here. We would love to get to know you either personally or via videochat!
Ich werde mein Sommersemester im Ausland verbringen und hoffe, dass ich für den Zeitraum jemanden finde, der gut auf mein Zimmer aufpasst und sich in der WG wohlfühlt :) Ich würde dir auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen. Wir würden uns freuen dich persönlich- oder auch über einen Videocall kennenzulernen!
