Wir vergeben ein WG Zimmer in einer großen Altbauwohnung im Bezirk Geidorf. Durch die innenhofseitige Lage des Zimmers hört man gar keinen Straßenlärm oder sonstiges und genießt somit eine Aussicht ins Grüne und das Margarethenbad im Innenhof.
Das 22m² Zimmer befindet sich auf der Südseite der ca. 120m² Wohnung, wodurch auch kaum Lärm oder sonstige Geräusche der restlichen Wohnung zu hören sind und man Sonnenstrahlen genießen kann. Das Zimmer wird unmöbiliert übergeben.
Im Mietpreis von 428€ sind sämtliche Kosten (Kaltmiete, Heiz- und Betriebskosten, Strom sowie Internet) inbegriffen. Ab Februar wird die Miete billiger. Wie viel genau wissen wir leider noch nicht.

We offer a shared room in a large old building apartment in the district Geidorf. Because of the inner courtyard side of the room you hear no street noise or anything else and therefore enjoy a view of the nice garden and the Margarethenbad in the courtyard.
The 25m² room of the 120m² apartment is on the south side which also means that hardly any noise or other sounds of the rest of the apartment can be heard and you can enjoy some sun. The room will be handed over unfurnished.
The rent of 428€ includes all costs (cold rent, heating and operating costs, electricity and internet). It will be lower but we don't know how much exactly.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage! Der Geidorfplatz ist 1 Gehminute entfernt, bei der Karl-Franzens Uni ist man in 5, im Stadtpark oder beim Schlossberg ist man auch in 5 Minuten, Spar und Billa sind gefühlt vor der Haustüre und auch die Öffis sind in 1 Minute erreicht. Stadtzentrum oder z.B. alte Technik sind so 15 Minuten Fußweg, aber das ist auch noch sehr überschaubar :)
Bonus: Man ist superschnell beim Rosenhain, wenn man mal Lust auf bissl Natur oder ne geile Aussicht hat.

The apartment is in the best location! The Geidorfplatz is 1 minute walk away, at the Karl-Franzen University you are in 5, in the city park or at the Schlossberg you are also in 5 minutes, Spar and Billa are felt on the doorstep and also the public transport is reached in 1 minute. City center or e.g. old technology are approx a 15 minutes walk away, but that is also still very manageable :)
Bonus: You are super fast at the Rosenhain, if you ever feel like beeing in the nature or chilling with a view.
Wir sind Felli (23 energische, nette Musikerin, immer lächelnd), Olli (27, Chilliger Psychologie Student, sehr musikbegeistert, Gitarrist, mag American Football, Deep Talks und verwendet zu viele Whatsapp Sticker) und Laura (25, seit kurzem als Doktorantin im Krankenhaus angestellt und ausgesprochen kunst- und fotografiebegeistert).
Unser Zusammenleben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert. Man trifft sich gern und öfters in der Küche zum Quatschen, wenn es sich ergibt. Trotzdem folgt jeder seinem eigenen Rhythmus und Tagesablauf. Man kann sich natürlich auch jederzeit zurückziehen und Zeit für sich nehmen.
Am Wochenende haben alle etwas mehr Zeit für gemeinsame Abende zum Spielen/Bier trinken/Fortgehen/Park-Sessions und was einem sonst noch so einfällt :)

We are Felli (23 energetic, nice and musician girl, always smiling ), Olli (27, chill psychology student, big music enthusiast, guitarist, likes American football, deep talks and uses too many Whatsapp stickers) and Laura (26 recently employed as a doctoral student at the hospital and very enthusiastic about art and photography).
Our life together is very relaxed and uncomplicated. We like to meet often in the kitchen to chat when it comes up. Nevertheless, everyone follows his own rhythm and daily routine. Of course, you can also withdraw at any time and take time for yourself.
On weekends, everyone has a little more time to spend together in the evenings playing/drinking beer/going out in the town/park sessions and whatever else comes to mind :) (It is also rumored that Olli and I want to check out some more raves in the summer :D).
