Hallo ihr lieben Menschen,
Dein neues wunderschönes Zimmer wird ab dem 1. April 2024 frei, ein späterer Einzug ist möglich (und ab dem 1.6 wird noch ein Zimmer frei, falls ihr was zusammen sucht und auch Zwischenmiete über den Sommer ist möglich).
In der WG sind alle Zimmer ungefähr gleich groß, d.h. auch dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat ca. 18m^2.
Das Zimmer hat einen wunderschönen Holzboden und schließt direkt ans große Wohnzimmer der WG an. Dein Fenster geht zur Zinzendorfgasse raus, das heißt, du erlebt das Studileben auf der Straße gut mit :-) Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, bleibt es aber recht ruhig!
Da ich meinen Umzug nicht so aufwändig gestalten will, möchte ich gerne einige Möbel in der Wohnung lassen, bin da aber noch am überlegen. Das können wir dann zusammen ausreden. Auch beim Einzugsdatum bin ich flexibel!
Und die Wand wird dann frisch gestrichen sein :-)

Your new beautiful room will be available on April 1, 2024. All rooms in the shared flat are about the same size, i.e. your future room is also about 18m^2.
The room has a beautiful wooden floor and is directly connected to the large living room of the shared flat. Your window looks out onto Zinzendorfgasse, which means that you can experience student life on the street :-) When the windows are closed, however, it stays pretty quiet!
As I don't want to make my move so complicated, I would like to leave almost all the furniture in the apartment. However, if you have your own furniture, we can find a solution here too :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Zinzendorfgasse nahe der Glacis Straße und direkt über dem voll lieben Café Parks!
Wer Graz kennt, weiß, die Lage ist erstklassig:
Der Stadtpark ist fast direkt vor der Haustür, der nächste Supermarkt ist in der Straße selbst Bars und Cafés sind nah dabei!
Die KF und die Kunstuni sind nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt und auch in die Innenstadt brauchst du zu Fuß nicht länger als 10min. Bus Nr. 31 und 39 fahren direkt vorm Haus ab.
Was soll man also sagen? Es ist alles da!
The apartment is located in Zinzendorfgasse near Glacis Straße and directly above the much-loved Café Parks!
Anyone who knows Graz knows that the location is first class:
The city park is almost on the doorstep, the nearest supermarket is in the street itself, bars, cafés and the KF/Kunstuni are just a few minutes' walk away and you don't need more than 10 minutes to walk into the city center either. Bus no. 31 and 39 leave right in front of the building.
So what can you say? It's all there!
Da ich schweren Herzens die WG und Graz verlasse, bleiben in der WG Vanessa (23), studiert Biochemie und Ernährungswissenschaften und ist das Herz der WG, Kia (24), studiert Gender Studies & Sexualpädagogik und ist immer für eine Kippe und ein Lachen auf dem Balkon bereit und Lizzi (24), ist Teaching Assistant und bringt das Leben und die Gemütlichkeit in die WG!
Wir kochen, lesen und chillen gerne gemeinsam, spielen Kartenspiele und machen auch außerhalb der wg gelegentlich was.
Da die Wohnung seit 15 Jahren eine WG ist, fühlt man sich hier sehr schnell Zuhause! :-) Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, und unternehmen gerne was zusammen, aber nehmen uns auch alle unsere Freiräume.
Kia hat zwei kleine super süße Malteser-Mischlinge, Moyo und Jua :-)
Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich zusammenfassend sehr familiär aber dennoch sehr frei, unkompliziert und ungezwungen und natürlich hat trotzdem jeder sein eigenes Leben! :)

As I am leaving the shared flat and Graz with a heavy heart, your future roomies are Vanessa (23), who is studying biochemistry and nutritional sciences and is the heart of the shared flat, Kia (24), who is studying gender studies and sex education and is always ready for a cig and a laugh on the balcony, and Lizzi (24), who is a teaching assistant and brings life and coziness to the shared flat!
We like to cook, read and chill out together, play card games or go on excursions.
The flat share is up for any kind of fun and deep talk and is always open for tea, a smoke or coffee. Between going hiking, enjoying the sun on the balcony or in the park, going to the movies, going for walks, or relaxing with a movie or series, everyone is actually open to any activity. As the apartment has been a shared flat for 15 years, you quickly feel at home here!
Kias two dogs are also a central part of the flat share: Moyo and Jua, two small Maltese mongrels. Thanks to them, there's always something going on in the flat share: cuddles on the floor in the hallway and a crazy five minutes on the sofa. They are both in dog training, so we spend a lot of time together outside and exploring the area around Graz! (Its Kias dogs so not your future responsibilty)
So life in the shared flat is very casuel but still very free, uncomplicated and informal, and of course everyone still has their own life! :)
