Hallo potentielle neue Mieter 👋
Unsere Wg sucht ab August (oder Ende Juli) zwei neuen Mitbewohner:innen, da zwei von uns leider aus Graz wegziehen...
Unsere gemütliche 3er WG liegt im EG (hier lässt es sich auch im Sommer angenehm leben!) mit super gemütlicher offener Küche/Wohnzimmer, die sehr zu geselligen Kochabenden/ Abenden mit Freunden einlädt. Unsere Aussicht hier ist ziemlich grün und besagtes Grün darf mensch draußen auch gerne nutzen (Liegestühle stehen immer noch auf unserer Besorgungsliste!!). Wir haben außerdem auch noch 2 Kellerabteile für Räder und anderes Zeugs.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 17qm groß, schön hell und ruhig da ins Grüne/Innenhof raus. Du kannst es auch abdunkeln, wenn du möchtest, da wir auch überall schicke retro Fensterbalken haben (die auch super praktisch sind, um im Sommer es angenehm kühl zu halten). Ein Teil der Möbel im Zimmer steht zum Verkauf, der Rest kann kostenlos übernommen werden
Details können gerne noch besprochen werden :)
Location
Unsere Wohnung liegt in der Bergmanngasse mitten im beliebten Bezirk Geidorf (super schöne Gegend). Du bist ratzfatz bei den Unis (KF Uni, Campus 02, Pädagogische Hochschule und auch die TU ist nicht allzu weit), aber auch die Innenstadt ist nur 5-10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Billa, Spar, Bäcker und auch die Öffis sind ebenfalls alle in der umliegenden Nachbarschaft und auch der nahegelegene Rosenhain lädt immer gern zu einem schönen Sparziergang ein!
Flatshare Type
Zwei von uns ziehen Ende Juli aus, unsere Rebecca bleibt aber noch bis Oktober. Sie spricht Italienisch und Englisch und macht derzeit ihr Praktikum im Uniklinikum.
Da ihr aber zu zweit neu einzieht, könnt ihr natürlich die Wg-Kultur aktiv (neu) mitgestalten 😉

Die Wohnung ist ansich voll ausgestattet, wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann und für eine Ablöse (cca 100€) würden wir die Möbel (Waschmachine, Couch, Tische, etc.) einfach alle euch überlassen.

Hello there potential new renters 👋
Two rooms in our lovely apartment will be available from August/Late July because two of us are going away for Erasmus. Our cozy 3-person flat is located on the ground floor (which makes it pleasant to live in even during the summer!) with a super comfortable open kitchen/living room that invites for social cooking evenings or hanging out with friends. The view from our place is quite green, and you are more than welcome to enjoy that greenery outside. Additionally, we have two storage rooms in the basement for bikes and other stuff.
Your future room is 17 sqm, beautifully bright and peaceful as it faces the greenery/courtyard and has been freshly painted (just like the rest of the apartment, as we moved in not too long ago). You can also darken the room if you wish, as we have lovely retro window beams that are also quite practical for keeping the room pleasantly cool during the summer. Some of the furniture in the room can be taken over completely for free, while a few things would be up for sale. Details can be further discussed :)
Our apartment is located in Bergmanngasse, right in the heart of the popular district of Geidorf (a super beautiful area). You can reach the universities (KF Uni, Campus 02, Pädagogische Hochschule, and even TU) in no time, and the city center is also just 5-10 minutes away by bike. Billa, Spar, bakeries, and public transportation are all available in the nearby neighborhood, and the nearby Rosenhain park always invites you for a lovely stroll!
Two of us are leaving in July, while our flatmate Rebecca is staying until October. She speaks Italian and English and is currently doing her internship at the University Hospital.
We like to cook together every now and then or simply chill together on the couch, chatting about life or whatever comes to mind. Since two of you will be new, you will probably establish your own WG culture together ;)

The apartment is fully furnished, as you can see in the pictures, and we would leave the furniture here (the transfer fee is around 100€). But we can discuss that further together :)
