Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß hat 3 Fenster und ist somit angenehm hell. Bereis vorhanden ist ein geräumiger Einbauschrank, welcher gratis übernommen wird. Bett sowie Schreibtisch können bei Bedarf auch günstig weitergegeben werden.
Die Wohnung ist über 100 qm groß, verfügt über eine schöne Küche mit Balkon, ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, ebenfalls mit Balkon, einen Flur, Bad mit Wanne und seperates WC und eben 3 gleich großen WG Zimmer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage sehr nahe dem Usi Gebäude und unweit der KF Uni. Folglich gibt es genügend Möglichkeiten für Sport; Laufwege, etc... Auch die Anbindung zum öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz ist sehr gut, 58er Buslinie nicht mal eine Gehminute entfernt und auch die 1er Linie ist nur ca. 5 Minuten entfernt.
Es ist in der WG meist ruhig, die WG Kollegen sind sehr nett und ordentlich.
Am besten anrufen, falls ich gerade arbeite, oder sonst beschäftigt bin, ruf ich zurück. ;)
