The appartment has two floors, the ground floor includes the kitchen, the livingroom and the toilet, the upper floor includes your room, my roommate's room and the bathroom. Most of the times you'd have the appartment to yourself, as my roommate will be away aswell.
Du hättest eine ganz liebe Mitbewohnerin, die aber auch recht wenig in Graz wäre, sodass du die Wohnung großteils für dich hättest. Die wohnung hat 2 Stockwerke, im unteren ist die Wohnküche und ein WC, oben ist das Bad und die zwei Zimmer.
Vorab würde ich Dich gerne kenenlernen- bestenfalls persönlich oder sonst auch gerne per Skype, wenn die persönliche Anreise nicht möglich ist.
Mir ist es sehr wichtig, dass mit meinem Zimmer und der Wohnung gut umgegangen wird, im Gegenzug dazu bekommst du eine wunderschöne, günstige und perfekt gelegene Wohnung :)

I really love my appartment, so I'd like to have someone renting my room, who cares about it aswell. In exchange I can offer you a perfectly situated, extremely cozy and cheap appartment :)
