Hallo an alle Interessierten,
zur Zwischenmiete steht ein möbliertes Zimmer (ca. 6.7. bis 31.8. -> insgesamt 660€) in einem sehr schönen Altbau. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, zwischen Uni und Stadtpark. In die Innere Stadt sind es zu Fuß auch nur 10 min, einmal durch den Stadtpark. Hier bei uns sind allerdings die Kneipen und Studentenlokale ;) Es gibt eine gute Busanbindung, die Straßenbahn ist auch zu erreichen. Ich nutze aber immer das Fahrrad oder gehe zu Fuß. Ein Spar ist ja am Sonnenfelsplatz, genau wie ein Bäcker und viele andere Geschäfte in der Zinsendorfgasse.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und ziemlich groß. Es gibt eine Küche, ein Esszimmer mit riesigen Fenstern und ein Wohnzimmer. Hinten raus sind einige Gärten, Frühstück immer mit Sonnenschein. Die Wohnung ist hell mit ihren hohen Decken und wir halten sie sauber.
Meine Mitbewohner sind sehr umgänglich, es herrscht eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir essen manchmal zusammen und reden über den Tag, aber wir veranstalten keine Partys hier. Meine Mitbewohner arbeiten im Sommer auch, deshalb brauchen Sie nachts ihren Schönheitsschlaf. Ich liebe diese Wohnung und möchte jemanden finden, der/die hier gut reinpasst und einen schönen Sommer in Graz erlebt.

Hello to all the interested people out there,
I'll rent my room from ca 6th July till 31st August (costs 660€ in total, not as a monthly rent). It is part of a beautiful appartment in an old building with high ceilings, what makes it very light. It is really quite big and has a good location between Uni and Park. You can catch the bus easily or take the tram. But I never take it, I do everything by foot or bike, what I can really recommend especially in summertime. Behind the house there are marvellous gardens, which you can see out of the big windows in our eating corner. Then there is a living room with nice couches to relax. Foodstores and bars are right around the corner.
With my housemates it is good living, we talk about everything and have good fun, but we don't party insight the appartment. They also have to work during summertime, so they need there beautysleep.
I for myself love this appartment and its inhabitants and want to find someone, who fits well in there.
