Sommer in Graz: Wunderschönes möbliertes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Schlossberg // Summer in Graz: Beautiful furnished room with a view

Die Wohnung liegt im wunderschönen Stadtteil Geidorf, in der Nähe des Hasnerplatzes. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig, sehr grün und liegt super zentral. Zu Fuß braucht man zum nächsten Spar ca. 3 Minuten und zum nächsten Bioladen ca. 7 Minuten, zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Lange Gasse (Bim no. 4 und 5) ca. 5 min, genauso wie zu den Bus-Stationen "Grabenkirche" (Bus 41) oder "Grabenstraße" (Bus 58, 63). Mit dem Rad oder der Straßenbahn ist man in 5-10 Minuten im Zentrum, am Fluss, im Stadtpark oder an der Karl-Franzens-Universität. Mit den Bussen 58 oder 63 ist man in 10 min am Hauptbahnhof. Auch zu Fuß sind die Strecken leicht machbar.

The flat is located in the the beautiful district "Geidorf". It's a calm, very green and still a centrally-located street. Everything is close by foot - supermarket 3min, organic market 7min, tram station "Lange Gasse" 5min (tram no. 4 and 5), bus station "Grabenkirche" (Bus no. 41) or "Grabenstraße" (Bus no. 58, 63) 5min; the center, University of Graz, river, city park or the Schlossberg itself are only 10min away and by bike you are even faster. With the tram you are in 5 min in the city center, the buses 58 or 63 go directly to university or to the main train station of Graz.

Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit mir, Louise. Ich bin Vollzeit bei der AVL List GmbH angestellt - Daher ist das nicht unbedingt eine Party-WG, wobei ich für WG-Kochabende, ein paar Getränke oder lustige Abende immer zu haben bin ;) Ich wohne schon die letzten vierJahre in der Wohnung, hatte schon ein paar Zwischenmieter und habe mich mit allen super verstanden. Ich bin eher unkompliziert und man kann mit mir immer über alles reden. Ich würde mich auf jeden Fall freuen, dich persönlich kennenzulernen :)

You share an apartment with me, Louise. I currently work full-time at AVL List GmbH - so this isn't necessarily a party flat, although I'm always available for a cooking together, having a few drinks or any fun evenings ;) I've been living in the apartment for the last four years. I've had some intermediate flatmates until now and got on very well with everyone, as I love to meet new people, also from outside of Austria/Germany. I'm rather uncomplicated and you can always talk to me about anything. I would definitely be happy to get to know you personally :)

WICHTIG! Nicht alle Möbel bleiben in diesem Zimmer, da die aktuelle Mitbewohnerin einiges wieder mitnimmt. Dein Zimmer bleibt aber möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Stühle, kleine Tische, evtl. Teppiche). Das einzige, was fehlt, ist ein "richtiger" Schreibtisch und eine Matratze.

In der Wohnung wird bei uns nicht geraucht, es gibt aber übers Treppenhaus einen kleinen Balkon nur für unsere Wohnung, der mit Stuhl und Tisch möbliert ist und auf dem man rauchen, entspannen und den Blick auf den Schöckl genießen kann.
Es gibt auch ein Fahrrad, das zwar nicht schön, aber benutzbar ist :D

Die Kaution von 100€ gilt für alle Möbel/Equipment in Küche, Bad und Flur. Du kriegst sie, falls es keine groben Schäden aufgrund deines Verursachens gibt, am Ende des Mietverhältnisses wieder erstattet.

Wenn Du Interesse am Zimmer hast, melde dich am besten per Nachricht bei mir, da ich tagsüber arbeite. Es wäre toll, wenn du ein paar Worte zu dir schreiben könntest. Zum Kennenlernen würde ich dich dann in die Wohnung einladen bzw. ein Skype-Gespräch ausmachen.

IMPORTANT! Your room will be fully furnished (bed, wardrobe, drawers, shelf, chairs, small tables, carpets). The only thing that is missing is a "proper" working desk and a mattress.

We do not smoke in the apartment, but there is a small balcony which is furnished with a chair and a table on which you can smoke (and relax).

There is also a bicycle you can use, which is not beautiful, but usable :D

The deposit of 100€ applies to all furniture/equipment in the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. You will get it back at the end of the tenancy if there is no big damage caused by you.

If you are interested in the room, it is best to contact me by message, as I work during the day. It would be great if you could write a few words about yourself. To get to know you I would then invite you to the apartment or make a Skype call.
