The room in a very nice flat will be free for one semester between February and September 2019. Because we search someone for 1 semester is this text written in english, so also exchange students understand it!:). The room itself has 10m2, but you save place on a wardrobe, since a very big wardrobe on the hall next to the room in included as well. In the room there will be also a table and a chair (included). We can talk about the bed it if you want to keep it or not. A bed is 120cmx200cm and fits very nice inside and can be situated as on the photo or along the window. Room is orientated to the east and has a very big window. Windows and shutters were changed 2 years ago and are sealed very well - through the closed windows you won't hear anything from the streat, but the location is very calmed down anyway so also open windows are not a problem.
The flat is situated in the 5th floor in a high building with the terrase with a view above the whole city on the top. It is situated in a very good location between KF University and Stadtpark, you need 2minutes walking to KF Uni or Kunst Uni or 5 minutes to Alte Technik. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner on Zinzendorfgasse.
You will be sharing the flat with Felix and Daniel (both technical study) and Hannah (Lehramt). All of them are really very simpatic people and ready to help with anything. It is not a big party wg, but It is common to invite friends over and for bigger parties we let each other know before so it never comes to a problem. However, your room is the further from the kitchen so if the door is closed you have it very quiet. Apart from studying all flatmates also work part time. We have a weekly cleaning schedule. In the flat is everything: Wasching maschine, dischwascher, drying maschine, microwave, coffemaschines, toaster, oven...
