Mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer wird frei, da ich ab Juli ein Auslandssemester machen werde.
Das große Fenster des Zimmers (Morgensonne) schaut in Richtung eines riesigen grünen Innenhofs. Man hört die Vögel zwitschern und kann sogar den Eichhörnchen beim Herumtollen zuschauen ;) Besonders genießen kann man das Spektakel von der tiefen Fensterbank aus, welche sich herrlich zum Abhängen eignet. Verkehrslärm hört man nicht.
Durch die hohen Räume der Wohnung (Altbau) eignet sich das Zimmer perfekt für ein Hochbett. Jenes wurde vor nicht allzu langer Zeit fest eingebaut, ist unglaublich gemütlich, und bleibt gegen eine Abschlagszahlung von 120 € im Zimmer. Die Abschlagszahlung beinhaltet neben dem Hochbett den großen Schreibtisch und einen Ganzkörperspiegel und kann bei Auszug an den nächsten Mieter weitergegeben werden.
Das Zimmer ist zwar nicht allzu groß, doch der Rest der Wohnung bietet allerlei Stauraum, der gerne genutzt werden kann. Auch dank des Hochbetts und der hohen Wände wirkt es überhaupt nicht klein und man kann sich kreativ austoben.
Ein Einzug wäre bei Bedarf auch erst ab dem 01. Juli 2019 möglich.

Due to a mobility semester I have to leave Graz and this super cosy room. Although it's not that big (10m²), it does not feel small. Thanks to high ceilings and a built-in loft bed, the space can be used perfectly. The room has a big window in the direction of a wonderful green inner courtyard. You don't hear any traffic noise, instead, you can listen to what the birds would like to tell you ;)
If 10m² still sound too small for you, don't give up here! The flat itself is big and offers a lot of storage space that you could use in addition to your room.
For the loft bed that has been built recently, the desk and a full-length mirror you would need to pay an instalment (I don't know if this is the right word :D) of 120€. Once you move out, you can ask the next person to pay for the stuff as well (or you could sell the desk and the mirror if you have own furniture. The loft bed, however, is attached to the wall).
If you are interested in moving in a bit later, July 1 2019 would also be possible.
Die Peinlichgasse liegt mitten in Geidorf und ist ideal für Studenten. Innenstadt und KF-Uni sind in gut 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Rosenhain und Stadtpark liegen nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Auch das Murufer (zum Beispiel zum Joggen oder Radfahren) ist nicht weit.
Die Bushaltestelle Grabenstraße ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt (Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof). Busse Richtung Jakominiplatz fahren ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (BILLA, Spar) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch der nächste Hofer und dm sind mit dem Rad ein Katzensprung.

The location is perfect for students. The University of Graz can be reached within approximately 10 minutes on foot, depending on where exactly one needs to go. All the other universities are easy to reach by bike (or public transport) too.
If you are not studying, you may still like the location of the flat. The Peinlichgasse is located a bit northeast of Schlossberg. You can walk to the city centre within 20 minutes. By bike it's less than ten minutes. Furthermore, there is a good bus connection to the central station.
Supermarkets (Billa and Spar) can be reached on foot (less than ten minutes).
In der WG leben Xaver (studiert Architektur im Master), Pia (Psychologiestudentin) und Yannick (studiert Medizin). Es ist eine sehr offene und lebendige WG, die gerne einmal etwas zusammen unternimmt oder gemeinsam kocht. Auch wenn es manchmal ganz schön schwierig ist, alle unter einen Hut zu bringen :D
Es ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig, dass man sich stark in das WG-Leben einbringt. Wie es sich halt ergibt! :)

You would live together with Xaver (student of Architecture), Pia (studies Psychology) and Yannick (student of Medicine). All three of them are very social and open with new people. At least I felt comfortable from the beginning :)
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig und besitzt sogar einen Wintergarten, in dem Pflanzen wunderbar gedeihen. Außerdem haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche mit kleinem Balkon, welcher sich perfekt für ein Frühstück in der Morgensonne eignet :) Bad und WC sind getrennt, was bei vier Leuten echt gut ist.
Der grüne Innenhof kann genutzt werden und ist wirklich ein Traum!

The flat even has a winter garden where currently there are several plants enjoying the perfect conditions. Furthermore, we have a big living room and a spacious kitchen with a small balcony. You can have your breakfast in the morning sun!
Bathroom and WC are separated, which is quite good if four people are living together.
The green inner courtyard is beautiful and we are allowed to use it. There is even a picnic table, and a lot of space for outdoor activities. You can even play badminton on the lawn.
